Holiday rentals with a kayak in Tarpon Springs

We really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. everything was what we expected. the house was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the back yard watching the birds, fish and my wife got to see mother dolphin and her baby swimming right by our dock. there's a huge Mango tree in the backyard that shades most of the yard. very comfortable, We would stay there again.

This place is better than the pictures! The place was super clean. It looked like the inside had been newly renovated and it was beautiful. It was bigger than we thought. Having the kayaks was a big plus! We met a few neighbors while kayaking and they were super nice which added to our overall experience. The bed upstairs (the only one we used) was super comfy as were the pillows. We were in the area for my niece’s high school graduation and plan to stay here again for any future visits! Highly recommend this place. Also, Jennifer was an amazing host and was always quick to respond. We did not need much from her as everything was self explanatory thanks to the thoughtful notes! Rachel’s home was everything it was advertised and more than we expect, we lost our home to Helene down the street from her home, so being able to be in our beautiful community ment so much to us as well as finding this little gem to stay in for two weeks while we took care of business, the house is beautiful and felt like home to us, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in her home, highly recommend this house and would definitely book again. She was very accommodating to our needs and always responded quickly to any questions we had! If you’re looking for a cozy at home feeling, Rachel’s place should not be overlooked!

Great place to stay

Everything was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect to stay in, very cozy and spacious. Perfect spot for our home base when going to Universal for a day. The weather was perfect as well and being able to kayak down the river a bit was very therapeutic. Would love to come back again, especially to visit Tarpon Springs again. Love from Louisiana.

Amazing place with easy access to the gulf. My family loved the dock for swimming and the family kayaks created memorable experiences.

I absolutely loved our stay here! If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway right on the river this is your spot! We saw manatees! Floated on the river with the five star kayaks that were given to us to use! Neighbors are so friendly also! Such a sweet escape. We kayaked up the river and there were beautiful spots to stop and enjoy swimming/rope swinging/ etc. thanks again!

This was our second time renting this place and we just love it. Location is perfect, the price has been really good each time, and there's everything one needs. The house has a great lay out, with a large open living area with kitchen, dining area, and living room, and then the bedrooms are off to the sides. The large screened in area is cozy for hanging out and keeping all your things that don't need to come in the house. There are 5 single kayaks which are great and this time we needed a double kayak as well so we rented one from Easy Peasy Mobile Kayak Rental. Would definitely recommend reaching out to them if one needs additional kayaks at a fair price and they deliver and pick up. Sally is a fantastic host who has always been so responsive and we will definitely be coming back for a third time :)

Lisa was a great host, and paradise by the beach is an awesome place to stay. My family of 4 (2 adults and our older teens) just loved being able to have a lot of space (compared to the hotel rooms on st Pete beach) and a full kitchen and a close walk to the beach. The kids loved riding the bikes to get an ice cream at night, and it was so easy and convenient to pack up the chairs and umbrella and walk over to the beach. The walk is actually shorter than the resorts we have stayed at on spb. It was kind of like settling into our home by the beach—very comfy and convenient with everything we needed. Lots of tvs, lots of space, easy to get around. I also liked having a fully equipped kitchen—only made dinner one night, but everything we needed was there! We’d definitely again and prefer it to the other resorts we have stayed at. It’s less expensive, more convenient, and a lot more space. Thank you so much, Lisa! We hope your space is available next time we come down!

Cozy, comfortable, yet two stories with plenty space to stretch out, scenic view with a hot tub, nice balcony view for coffee in the morning. Can’t go wrong.

We had a blast celebrating my fiancés birthday on the river! So many things to use for outdoor time, so close to the water! Plenty of places to sit! The Airbnb was so cool compared to outdoors!

This location could not be more perfect! The property is impeccably maintained and has the classic Florida feel we were hoping for. Roger’s Park is less than a 2 minute walk away - perfect for mid afternoon dips in the springs. Brian was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even going as far as to replace the entire AC unit (!) when the existing unit was showing some signs of struggle. If that’s not dedication to guest satisfaction, I don’t know what is. Our kids are already asking to make this our yearly getaway and we would 100% book this property again in the future.

This place is beautiful. I cancelled my trip to Busch Gardens and decided to rather stay on site at the property. Everyone loved this place. I will definitely rent again

The host was amazing. Very responsive! The house was great. A little small, however, perfect for our family of 4. The access to the river is amazing! Awesome view with nature on the other side of the river, not houses. The water was crystal clear. The kayaks were in good shape and fun to use. The only downside is there is not dishwasher if you are going to stay longer, however, we did not mind washing our own dishes. We are already looking at dates to return!

Booked a weekend stay for my boyfriends 28th birthday. This was such an unforgettable stay for us. I could go on and on, but I’ll keep it short and say Dustin was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced on air bnb. He responded promptly every time I had a question and was so friendly. The house was clean and had endless amenities. The main reason I booked this stay is because of the included kayaks and boat launch which made kayaking so easy. We already can’t wait to come back. We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the trip. The house has a direct access to the main river. Very well stocked with everything you need. We really like the fact that the property doesn’t have excess of trees and bushes. It is the best one we stayed at in this area.
