Отлично место что бы провести выходные с семьей. Не очень далеко до центра города . Тихое, уютное место. Современное жилье . В доме есть все необходимое . С удовольствием вернемся снова .

We were on a little road trip with my two boys and needed a pit stop near Tartu. Didn't have high hopes, just needed a roof and some beds. What we got was an unexpected gem. The pool table first caught our attention in the listing — but once we arrived, it was clear this place had way more in store: tons of space, grill house, basketball hoop, huge TV, and a sound system that could host a mini concert. The boys claimed the two queen-size beds like royalty, while I got some solid shut-eye in the master bedroom. The cherry on top? If you’re into horses — like, really into horses — this might just be your spiritual home. Would absolutely stay again. Great vibes, great setup, and enough space to survive a road trip with kids. 10/10.

Very comfy, private and near to city centre! Definitely recommend!

Отличная возможность провести выходные вдали от городской суеты. Баня, небольшое лесное озеро, поля, лошади. Огромный дом, который мы большой компанией снимали целиком - места хватило всем. Единственный минус - расположение. Магазины далеко, да и в целом добираться без машины сложно, но мы брали микроавтобус в аренду.

Great house, perfect location, very clean and everything we needed, we could find, even coffee, cacao etc. House is even nicer than the pictures! Location is very quiet with a short walk to the lake. Perfect place to visit with a bigger family or friends. Will gladly come back!

Everything was exactly as promised. Kalmar gave us the key to the house, he was very friendly and polite man with a good sense of humor!

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. The entrance to the apartment was beautiful. The windows of the apartment are to courtyard, so traffic noise is not disturbing. Quiet, very clean and well equipped. Plenty of space for three adults and also good to sleep on the sofa bed. The host Kristel responded quickly and gave good instructions for check-in. I can warmly recommend this apartment for a visit to Tartu.

Kõik vastas ootustele. Korter oli väga kena, avar ja suure rõduga. Asus vaikses piirkonnas. Joel vastas kiiresti ja oli väga külalislahke. Meile väga meeldis :)

Estuvimos 3 meses y realmente nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento tiene todo para estar unos días de vacaciones, pero también para vivir durante periodos más largos. Estuvimos desde septiembre a diciembre, incluyendo días de mucho frío, y jamás pasamos frío en este apartamento. Está totalmente renovado, tiene buena eficiencia energética y la calefacción está presente en todas las habitaciones (incluyendo suelo radiante en el baño). Por otro lado, la comodidad es genial, y eso incluye la cama y los sofás. También dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir y para estar como en casa. En cuanto a la zona, no puede ser mejor. Un barrio tranquilo, precioso y a 10 minutos del centro andando. Elegiría este apartamento 1000 veces más 😉

Great place to stay, especially with so nice surrounding environment. Host very responsive and helpful. 9.5/10. 0.5 missing because toilet needs exhaust ventilation :)

Maritas place was cosy and fitted exactly to our needs. Huge plus points from us a there was toys for kids and playground not so far from apartment. We loved our stay

Fabulous place! Lots of room, has the right Tartu feeling. Especially suitable for families with small children, thanks to a lot of books and toys. The big bathtub was very relaxing. Also, i have to note the veranda - it's perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Super apartament, kõik vajalik oli olemas, korter oli puhas ja voodi oli ekstra pehme ja mõnus. Asukoht oli vaikses rajoonis. Majutaja oli kohe olemas, kui oli mõni mure või küsimus. Väga soovitan antud korterit ja majutajat:)

We had a lovely stay at Eva’s. The place is clean, modern, and comfortable. It’s really close to the river and the main restaurant area, and right across from the botanical gardens which is nice. Would definitely stay again!

Kena, puhas majutus. Kaunis ümbrus ja vihmaseks ilmaks piisavalt mänge. Isegi kaugtöökoht koos kuvari ja dokiga oli olemas. Soovitan.

Stylish and cosy loft in the very heart of the old town. Despite of the proximity to the center of Tartu nightlife, still very quiet and private. There’s no proper bed per se but the mattress was very soft so we didn’t have problems with it. Keep in mind that the stairs to the sleeping floor doesn’t have child protection. Loved it, would stay again.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful house on what I consider one of the nicest streets in Tartu! Apartment is well equipped and is definetly a good choice!
