Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tasman District

The cottage was so delightful and was sunny and warm. You can see it was decorated with love! A bowl of fruit greeted me on the kitchen table and the kitchen had everything one would require. Cereals, tea, coffee and plunger coffee! and Milo. Milk in the fridge. Sugar cubes and raw sugar along with oils for cooking. And everything that was stated on the Airbnb site. It was across the road from the amazing Pākawau Beach. I lay on the deck at night and spent ages looking at the amazing night sky from this Dark Sky property. A great area for biking with so many walks and areas to explore. The hosts Jean And Bruce were just lovely. I live only a couple of hours away in another lovely spot but I won’t hesitate to book myself in for a few days for rest and relaxation and maybe share it with friends, if they are lucky! One of the loveliest stays I’ve had and felt privileged to stay on a dairy farm where four generations have grown up. Wonderful!

This is a fabulous, quiet location (but close to shops etc) for anyone wanting to visit Motueka or the lovely surrounding area. The property has heaps of added extras - we really appreciated having a fully functioning, well-appointed kitchen - plenty of lovely crockery, glasses, decent sized mugs!, pots, pans, mixing and serving bowls, utensils etc. Comfortable beds, lovely dining space plus relaxing lounge. The heat pump plus fire place were a real bonus as it was freezing cold outside during our visit. We are keen to stay again.

I canceled my booking upon arrive when I realised the house is a duplex, which I hadnt realised from the listing. This didn’t work for my needs. However the hosts were very understanding and helpful, and allowed me a full refund. It looked like a great place, and they had been accomodating around early check in. Thanks again

The location of this home is incredible! Beautiful sunsets, close to penguins and a number of stunning beaches and hikes. Check out the baby fur seals, caves, natural spring, waterfalls and abundant bird life. Piwakawakas at every hike! Garry was very accommodating and responsive. Rent with confidence!

Stunning bungalow, beautiful interior, warm and cosy with a beautiful homey extra unexpected touch of warm, homemade bread on arrival. Felt like home away from home. Location was central to Nelson, so nothing was too far away and thanks to our host Amanda, there were recommendations for all places to eat. Highly recommend this stunning home. Will definitely book it again. X

Best view and a fabulous place to stay especially for five people and a baby. Plenty of baby gear which made life easier for travelling. Hot Tub was awesome especially with the colder weather we had. I would highly recommend Costa Ruby, it's just beautiful!

Clean and warm modern house, we really enjoyed our nights in here. It’s a wonderful place to chill with friends, very quiet at the night, and it’s very close to town. The beds are comfortable, and the hot water also well. Stay in Nelson here is a top choice!

Carolyn’s studio was perfect for our few days in Nelson. We loved the location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Nelson, with a view to the coastline. Everything we needed and more was provided - especially the outdoor BBQ which was super handy for cooking up a few dinners! A very cosy and private space. We loved staying at David’s place. Was a walk to everything we needed. Had an amazing outlook onto the water. And David and his family were so helpful. The kids loved the foosball table too. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet and comfortable place to stay - Neville's place is perfect. Neville and Debby are lovely hosts and can provide good local information (an informative folder is provided in the unit) or can give you space to just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of their Tata beach piece of paradise. The unit is sunny and very spacious, the bed is really comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking and their heating is great for cold nights. Neville's coffee was amazing and Debby's breakfast foods and ginger slice were delicious. Thank you Neville and Debby for a lovely, relaxing weekend.

Great location handy to town , local retail and hospitality. Plenty of room.

The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a barbecue. We enjoyed going to the fish market across the street to cook at home. Close proximity to get to Able national Park and wineries.
