Welcome to our lake house, which offers an unforgettable escape from reality in beautiful untouched nature. The house with a terrace is located on a huge plot with its own pond in absolute privacy. It is modernly furnished, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Of course, there is air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking. On a floating platform with an area of 65 m², we built a 35 m² house + a 30 m² terrace + a 25 m² SPA platform, which in total gives us 90 m² of private usable area floating on the water. The house is comfortable, warm, safe and year-round.
