Wow!!! A truly amazingly spacious house. Just spent 4 nights there celebrating my 60th with the family. Simon and Mandy met my husband as he arrived to go through everything. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Literally home from home. There was 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and with so much room we could spread out. The children loved being able to run around and of course the pool!! The men thoroughly enjoyed the games room every evening especiallythe pinball machine. Us ladies chilled in the lounge room with a wine. We asked if one of the double single rooms could be made into a superking and the hosts were only to happy to oblige. The house was exactly as described, in fact better! Located in a rural quiet area. Spotlessly clean too. Bath towels supplied were so soft. The hosts kept in touch and answered all my messages promptly. Can't think of anything to fault as so perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hill Crest House.

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Great accommodation and facilities! Was clean and had everything we needed. Decorated for a birthday and looked fab! Was worth getting the passes but make sure to book plenty in advance and make the most of them!

Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

A really lovely lodge in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was so well equipped; had everything you could possibly need and more - the welcome basket and additional extras were very thoughtful and made such a difference. The owner was incredibly helpful with excellent communication and everything was exactly as described. We hope to return next time we visit family in the area and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Benjamin’s Airbnb! The house is beautiful, recently renovated with modern amenities, and immaculately clean and tidy. The surrounding area felt very safe and peaceful, yet it’s conveniently close to main roads, making it easy to get around. Benjamin was a fantastic host – very friendly, with clear and helpful instructions throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

Michelle’s cottage is beautifully furnished, squeaky clean, very comfortable and despite the hot weather, I slept very well in a comfy bed. This house has bathrooms and loos galore, so it was almost a shame I was there alone! The goody basket had lots of things I loved with additional touches such as a shower cap. The wifi is excellent and it was peaceful enough in the evening for me to work. I hesitate to say this is one of best properties I’ve stayed in as I want to go back when I’m next working with my client! But it is lovely and I look forward to being there again. Thank you Michelle, you’re wonderful!

another great stay, so glad i found it. Right next to city centre (well, the older part anyway) yet really quiet too. Its pretty perfect for 4-6 people (would fit another if there was a camp bed in the little snug room....?), really roomy and convenient, will certainly be back. Now we have discoivered Cafe Misto next door with great Italian food (cheap, tasy, huge portions) we def look forwards to a return.

What a lucky find! I met Caroline when I arrived at the property and soon felt like I’d know her for ages. She is a friendly, warm and lovely lady. ‘Little Gem’ is certainly the right name for Owl’s Hoot. It was immaculately clean and I could tell that a lot of thought and love had gone into the property. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils and there was plenty of information about the property and the surrounding village provided. I loved my visit there an£ would very highly recommend this property.

it's the second time we've booked Lorna's place for our team. we find it convenient, spacious and better and cheaper than hotel rooms. We love the amenities provided and how responsive Lorna is as a host. very highly recommended to all.

Joelle, Rob, Alan and family are wonderful humans whose cottage is the very definition of rustic charisma (shot through with beguiling French accents). With a convenience store a 2-minute walk away, the post office across the street and a pub just around the corner, the cottage offers a step back from the world without feeling cut off from it. (The WiFi, for the tech-enabled, is also exceptionally good.) I was sad to end my stay early due to a natural disaster on the premises. I would unreservedly recommend this accommodation minus that once-in-a-lifetime aberration.

Nicholas's place was perfect! We had a group of us staying for a friend's 29th birthday and it was great - felt very private, we had lots of space for everyone to eat dinner together, we went for a big walk too to a lovely pub which was recommended by Nicholas. All the bedrooms are a great size so didn't feel like anyone had to compromise. Would 100% come back here! Thanks Nicholas :)

This cottage offers an outstanding experience. We appreciated the generous parking, comfortably fitting 2-3 vehicles, and the well-maintained garden spaces. Inside, the property presented as a beautiful and inviting home that wonderfully met our needs. The attentive care from both the hosts and the quality of the accommodation truly enhanced our visit. Loved staying in the area to visit a friend. The house is absolutely huge and very comfortable. There's tons of parking space for your vehicles and the back garden is perfect summer activities. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and served my needs well. The host, Fabrice, was extremely accommodating to any of my requests and always responded very quickly. The shops are so close and very walkable, and the train station is also very close. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit.

Second stay here, we love the place! Same as my previous review: Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean and real attention to detail. Located on the edge of Lincoln it was an easy walk to the castle, cathedral and beyond. Gemma was very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful location! Was perfect for the multigenerational family as the parents could have the 2 houses and the younger group could stay in the long barn conversion. Loved being surrounded by the cows and beautiful views for the weekend! They did everything they could to make our stay super comfortable ☺️ My family are already planning the next trip ☺️ Thanks again!!

Lovely stay. Listing is exactly as described and more! Spacious living room area and bathroom. French doors leading from the bedroom to the garden were amazing!
