Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Top renovated cottage with large pool in prime location on Nikolaushöhe in Würzburg. A beautiful, unobstructed view of the city, a few kilometers to the city of Mitte. The house is in the middle of vineyards, fields, in the recreational area Frankenwarte only 5 min. Walking distance to the well-known excursion destination "Käppele". The expansive garden has a large Pool area, terraces with seating and sunbathing area, outdoor kitchen with gas grill. There is a playground and children's playroom.

Comfortable, large vacation home with views that reach miles away

This spacious vacation home is something special and offers comfort even for large families and groups (up to 12/13 people gladly inquire). It has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are spread over two living days. The large living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen has a cozy corner couch overlooking the fireplace and a flat-screen TV in addition to the dining table. A wide balcony door leads to a terrace with seating and you can enjoy the km-wide distant view from here.

Cozy tiny house with pellet stove plus sauna

This unique place is truly special. In the middle of the idyllic Tauber Valley, our private tiny holiday home stands next to the apartment "RITA". The outdoor areas invite you to relax. The sauna in the garden can be used with additional charge, price on request. Thanks to the pellet stove, it always gets cozy inside, or you can enjoy the sun on the wooden terrace. We love wood – that's why in the house: Shoes off, love in. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Feel good in the countryside

There is a lot on offer here, especially for families. -Garden for shared use with playground/trampoline/ -500 m away is a farm with calves -The swimming pond and stream are a 5-minute walk away - Lots of greenery, cycling and hiking trails Relax on your own balcony with barbecue facilities and magnificent sunset views. A large bathtub and your own tiled stove make the relaxation perfect. There are many cities and attractions worth seeing in the surrounding area

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Cottage house in green / nature park / forest

Our vacation home is located in the Swabian Franconian Forest. The cottage is ideal for friends, work colleagues, families, smaller groups and sports clubs for recreation. You can stay in this house with up to 9 persons. The house has a very nice warm fireplace that heats the house in the winter months. WiFi is very good. A sauna can be booked not far from the house. A tree house to dream about

Our "Cuckoo's nest" tree house is close to many destinations. It is hidden above a small village at the edge of the forest and is good for couples and families with children.

The house is from 1850 and this is a very original preserved apartment with brand new kitchen and bathroom.
