Old renovated house in the heart of a beautiful medieval village, beautiful terrace with views. For 1-2 people (not recommended for children), one bedroom with double bed (140 cm), shower room, kitchen-living room with wood burner, laundry room with dryer, 2 bicycles, barbecue on the terrace. Attention, there are stairs but comfortable. There is a guest room on the GROUND FLOOR with a separate entrance. If it is not rented there is an option to book for 4 people with an extra charge.

The house has views of the Ventoux, The house is self-contained but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 extra beds. The swimming pool (open from 1 June to the end of September) is under the village 5 min walk with a beautiful view.

Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
