Immaculate lil getaway. A place to die for! You wouldn’t believe how happy my little ones were when arrived. This beautiful spot was one of those place’s we did NOT want to leave. It was super cosy, refreshing and peaceful. The views are absolute perfection to take in, watching the sun set and rise was a definite highlight. I loved the layout and it felt exactly like a home away from home. There are no other words to express how thrilled my family and I were with our stay. Honestly wished we had extended it, but we know for sure we will be back. Thank you so much for being a wonderful host Anne, until next time!

Large Modern House in the Treetops

Our long weekend at Trish's place was one of the best weekend's we've ever had. The house is absolutely stunning and breathtaking - whether it's a sunny day or a rainy afternoon, the floor to ceiling windows make you feel like you are out in nature yourself and make you just instantly relaxed and have that holiday feeling. We had lovely days at Ocean beach (quick 10 min drive) and walking up Mt. Manaia with a few afternoons at the rock beach at the bottom of the road. The house was immaculate - a true chef's kitchen with everything you need for any level of cooking, gorgeous plants & ambiance and plenty of seating/areas to relax. The beds were comfy with lovely linens and it was a real bonus to have three bathrooms and showers. Trish was an incredibly helpful host with great response times and was very flexible. I could not recommend this stay more - it was truly the escape we needed from Auckland and left us with just incredible memories.

I loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated—so stylish and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed. It felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still convenient to explore the area. I slept so well thanks to how serene the neighborhood was. The host Karen and Craig were responsive, welcoming, and made sure I had a fantastic experience. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, chic retreat. Perfect spot for our travels in Whangārei and heading up North. It was right by Mount Manaia Track which was nice for a sunrise hike. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds in the morning. If traveling in the area again, we’d come back. Thank you, Sarah!

We loved this Studio because you have stunning views to the bay and the mountains. The Studio has enough space to stay several days for exploring this wonderful area. Especially the Ocean beach is a 5 min drive. Also we recommend to visit the Hundertwasser Museum in Whangarei. In the morning and evening you will love to sit outside on the huge deck. If you look for a well designed and modern Airbnb: GO THERE.
