Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

At an altitude of 1200 meters, on a ridge in the middle of the volcanic Cantal Mountains, you wake up to the sound of cows and birdsong. No traffic noise—just open air and sweeping views over the valley. From the house, you can directly access walking routes towards the Puy Mary. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with box spring beds, and a pellet stove await for the cool mountain evenings. Ideal for those who really want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Apartement French Chateau near Menet, Riom-es-Mont

Spacious apartment in a part of the Castle. Fully-equipped open kitchen. You can walk directly on the 47-hectare estate. Three bedrooms for 6 with 4 beds: 90 (2) or 180 (2) cm wide. Bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet are separated. Functional swimming pool of 9 x 4 meters (open from May 1st to November 1st). There is a Wi-Fi signal but there is also a 4G signal. Think "unplugged, back to nature/basics", clean air, etc.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
