Enclosed land of 4,000 m². Tranquility, rest in the heart of nature, in a pleasant setting equipped with every comfort. Numerous hikes, ski slopes, nearby (Charlannes, Capucin, Sancy...). The owners live above (discreet but available).

With an area of 120 m2, the gîte is located in the heart of Auvergne in the Sancy massif, close to the Auvergne Volcanoes Park. You will find all amenities in our village of Tauves, shops + services (bakery, butcher, SPAR, bank...) Composed of 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom/toilet, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, fenced park, parking. Convertible corner sofa. Possibility of renting sheets €10/bed and towels €6/person. Optional cleaning fee €70.
