I would be happy to host you in my holiday home and introduce you to my land. The house is new, bright and very comfortable 8 minutes from Gallipoli, in a quiet but well-served area. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large living room with sofa bed, kitchen. The price includes all costs except the deposit of € 100 that is paid on arrival and the air conditioner for which a small contribution is paid based on the kilowatt hours consumed. This choice was dictated by the need to avoid waste.

Recently renovated, the rooms reflect the Salento construction features with high star-shaped vaults and period masonry. However, the terrace and the "vedetta" room are off-limits to guests due to renovation work (currently suspended), but not using them does not affect the enjoyment of the apartment.
