Sleeps 4 guests - Main bedroom consists a queen bed and the upstairs loft offers 2 twin beds. Spacious bathroom with double vanity and 2 shower heads. After a long day, come back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the front porch. We also have a grill, fire pit, and picnic table for our guests.

Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

Swings for the kids & for the adult kids is corn hole, checkers & horseshoe games. Furry friends are welcome and have their own suite, if needed. (fee is $30 per pet)The perimeter is fenced. a great stay! Kenneth was super responsive whenever I had any questions. AMAZING value for the price. there's also animals on he property! very cute cows and friendly donkeys that come right up to the fence to say hi :) the entire property is fenced and if you have larger animals is a great place for them to get their energy out. definitely worth the price!

Very nice and clean home! Spacious, and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed using the neighborhood pool which was right next door and the boat ramp as well! Quiet area, had the whole pool to ourselves. Close drive to restaurants in Steinhatchee.

It was very beautiful, peaceful and entertaining. Zip line, pool and pool table kept everyone occupied. The kids even enjoyed talking to “Billy” the goat over the fence. We would definitely enjoy staying again.
