A queen size bed, closet, full bath, & a leather sleeper (queen) couch round out the inside. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, pedestal sink & elongated toilet. Fully renovated and stylish. rooms for family members and friends. 1 master bed with restroom. 1 guest bathroom. 2 queens beds. Huge living room space. NO PARTIES. Comfortable for the entire crew in this NEW 3 bedroom / 2 full-bath home in the heart of the Steinhatchee action. Exactly 1-mile from the boat ramp. Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.

"High On The River"

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

Spring Warrior Pines

Plenty of land for boats and vehicles. Use the cleaning station for all your hunting and fishing trips. A fire pit to enjoy the night air. Swings for the kids & for the adult kids is corn hole, checkers & horseshoe games. Furry friends are welcome and have their own suite, if needed. (fee is $30 per pet)The perimeter is fenced. We have a Baby crib and Highchair for our littlest friends. Gas and charcoal grill is available, bring the charcoal!
