An absolute gem!! My adult daughter and her hiking friend stayed here for 4 nights whilst hiking in the Nelson Lake area. They absolutely loved it. It was so cosy and lots of room for the 2 of them. So close to hiking areas, easy parking, easy to find. Washing machine was a bonus. Rachel and David could not have been more accommodating prior to booking, during booking and after booking. Our second stay, just as amazing as the first! Lovely breakfast and extra touches. We were warm and snug through quite a stormy night.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful place to stay, we absolutely loved our visit and would have stayed for a week if we could! We were made to feel at home straight away with such kindness, nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommended!

Beautiful location the views are amazing. Take time to walk the trails. Walking up every morning to views of Piha was incredible. Easy to cook and be self contained. Loved it.

What a location, and a wonderful space! Tim greeted us, answered questions and even offered for us to use his washing machine to catch up dirty clothes accumulation with our new Zealand road trip, most welcoming. We will definitely use the great outdoor bath next time, a little too cold and wet weather for this time !

Such a beautiful spot! The cabin is simple but beautifully done. Loved the walks the owners have marked out and the friendly bird life. There’s some pretty frisky sandflies down by the river but they weren’t too much of a hassle up by the cabin itself. I actually did end up having cell coverage, albeit limited, but everything’s otherwise off the grid which was nice and helped disconnect from work. I got lucky and had gloriously sunny days, so no troubles with the solar hot water. Great stay! Could’ve happily stayed another day, which the owners have noted is a common piece of feedback they get and I can see why.

Super cute tidy, well fitted out and designed place. Easily the best Airbnb we've stayed at! Absolutely loved the careful care to every detail, and especially the spa, sauna, and outdoor shower - so awesome and relaxing, all in a cute wee package. Hope to pop back next time we're in NP!

Was an amazing stay!

Megan is an Awesome host. Her unit is cozy, exactly as described, close to town and nature (beautiful backdrop of mountains).

Raglan Bungalow is a special place securely tucked in a peaceful and private oasis that is a mix between tropical beach vibes and comfy country home feel with indoor & outdoor living, connected to nature. The outdoor bathtub is magical especially when the cleansing rain pours. The beautiful decorative designs and kitchenette displays, layout of the bedroom, open outdoor space, living area were all incredibly delightful to experience. Bungalow has the best water pressure shower leaving one feeling super clean and refresh. There were days it was simply relaxing to stay in to enjoy the Bungalow. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful tiny home. Everything was clean and tidy, and the best part was the spa- heated on arrival. Right across the road from beach access to the beautiful Papamoa beach, shops and some restaurants in walking distance too. Jen has excellent communication and was very helpful.

The treehouse is an amazing little place to stay to get away and relax. So peaceful and charming. Joanna is a great host, very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic would be selling it short! Not only is Brad, super responsive and accomodating, but the location itself over seeing the Bay Area, the outdoor tub (amazing way to wake up) and the intuitive layout inside along with the automation makes this stay an absolute gem!

Check-in was super smooth and the place was all set up for us when we arrived. The cabin was cosy, clean, and had everything we needed, really well set up. The hot pool was a definite highlight, perfect for a soak at the end of the day. 😍❤️ Such a peaceful spot to relax. Would totally come back 🥰🥰🥰

Such a unique stay in the middle of the town. You will never thought of you are actually in the middle of it because you just been transported into a forest. However, you definitely need a car to get here and driving into the place requires maneuvering through narrow alley. It’s a barn with living space on the second floor and car garage on the first floor. If you have luggages and mobility issues going up the stairs, it’s might not be your best choice. It’s a large open space concept studio. The deco is very homey and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Nespresso coffee provided is a big plus. The hot tub in the forest is surreal. You will need it after a long hike. The jets are powerful to ease your muscle soreness. One issue we faced was the internet connection is very spotty regardless if you are using your cellphone data or the broadband WiFi provided. If you are using Onedrive, Googledrive or Dropbox the wifi download speed becomes throttled.

What an absolutely incredible find! 🤩 We wanted a cozy getaway from Auckland and I’m so so glad we found Hayley and Matt’s place! The tiny home is beautifully set up - it feels really spacious and homely, and had everything we need (including some lovely touches like homemade cookies and great coffee). The spa was so great to have access too, and despite being close to the main house everything was completely private and felt like our own little getaway. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Yasmin's place is so peaceful and private, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here, being so close to the ocean with such incredible views! We'd be very happy to come back some day.

5 stars – Worth every dollar! Absolutely stunning stay. This gorgeous little space is tucked away in the heart of New Zealand’s breathtaking natural scenery — the perfect peaceful retreat. Everything was clean, cozy, and beautifully styled, with thoughtful touches throughout. Waking up to birdsong and being surrounded by nature made the experience unforgettable. Worth every dollar — we’ll definitely be back!

The Dome is a lovely and peaceful getaway and was a highlight on my road trip in NZL so far. Birds chirping, wind softly stroking the plants: exactly what you would expect from a more private & quiet accomodation to relax & calm down. It's really worth to get to the Dome before it is dark and to soak in the atmosphere in the lovely garden. If you are lucky with the weather, you might be greeted by a sky full of stars at night. I was greeted kindly and the instructions on how to get to the accomodation were very clear. Definitely recommendable!
