This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Quiet unit by the hill & the bay. (Sorry no Shops)

Private unit next to the owners house. Well separated by trees. Own drive & entrance. 2 Bedrooms, but the smaller one is tight for 2 adults. Microwave, fridge, toaster and Kettle, no Cooker. Bathroom and living area. Fully insulated and double glazed with a heat pump/air con. Lovely quiet area with beautiful views of the hills and a 900m walk from Sandy Bay Beach. 25mins drive from Christchurch Centre. Please note there are no shops in Governors Bay but there is a cafe and a pub.

Mariners Cabin is a modern and minimalist retreat situated in picturesque Cass Bay, perfect for solo travellers or couples looking for a serene escape. This cabin (13 square meters in size) is suspended in the trees, offers the best proximity to beach views, an outdoor bath, barbecue, and a romantic outdoor dining area. It also features an authentic wood burner, ensuring warmth and coziness during chilly nights, while the comfortable double bed provides a restful night's sleep.

We welcome you to relax and enjoy some time away in our cosy Tiny house! Located in Cass Bay, with a full ensuite, queen bed, and full kitchen with outdoor deck and close access to a variety of coastal walking tracks. An 8 minute drive to Lyttelton provides a range of eclectic cafes, restaurants and bars and a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, and a Farmers Market every Saturday our Tiny provides an alternative to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Walking distance to coffee shops and walks in the hills or at the bottom of the hill a beautiful stroll along the Heathcote River Outstanding views from this sunny 1 bedroom apartment, capturing Christchurch City and the Kaikoura mountains. 15 minute drive to the city centre, or a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.

Quiet Cottage on the Hill

Lovely and quiet self contained cottage set back from the road. Very close to the No 27 bus stop, which will take you into the city. The garden is sheltered and sunny. The car port provides safe, off-street parking. The cottage is well equipped and spacious. We pride ourselves on keeping it sparkling clean. There is good Wifi and an office area with desk, chair and lamp. We cannot accommodate pets.
