Rent my newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique extras, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness that really gives you that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically, ski in/ski out with only a 100-meter walk to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (part of the Åre lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, a grocery store and the ski bus to Åre (in operation during the ski season). The apartment is located at the top of the Nyvallen Tegefjäll area. Has a wonderful view. Close to the children's slope and Tegefjäll's lift system that connects with Duved. Ski bus to Åre is at Tegetornet Cleaning is included in the fee One bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and sauna. One with toilet and sink Drying cabinet in the hall Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Storage for skis next to the stairs up to the apartment. Lockable so you do not have to drag up skis.

Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high up with a magnificent view from the terrace over Åreskutan. It is ski-in ski-out and a nice and cozy newly-built apartment (completed in 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll's and Duved's lift systems (they are connected) are just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks, tents and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. The snow racer and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Very close to Tegeforsen offering fishing and swimming. Also close to Åre golf - one of the most beautiful courses in Sweden. The house offers a spacious open plan living room, six bedrooms, sauna, relax, TV-room and a big "mud-room" to keep skiing clothing, golf equipment etc. We also have wifi and a nice fire pit.
