Within a five-minute walk, you will find the trail center, which offers 60 km (37 miles) of cross-country trails. In summer, you have nature right at your doorstep, with plenty of wonderful hiking and biking trails! 5 min walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, bowling and ski shop at Storhogna M. 15 min walking distance to Storhogna mountain hotel with luxury spa and two restaurants.

Approx. 500 meters to the lift and 300 meters to the cross-country ski trail "fjället runt".

Barrier into the cottage area where the cottage is located. Possibility of parking for several cars outside the cottage. Your own firewood may be brought for possible heating of the stove. Large mountain cabin in Bydalsfjällen Ski-in/Ski-out

Large mountain cabin in an authentic Jämtland mountain environment. Ski-in/Ski-out in the Gräftåvallen ski system, about 15 minutes to the ski system in Bydalen, and just over an hour to Åre. Gräftåvallen is home to Sweden's largest ski club, and there are 45 km of groomed ski trails directly adjacent to the cabin. The cottage has everything needed for a skiing and mountain vacation, with large living areas, a fireplace and a sauna. In summer, you can just go straight up the mountain and hike. You are close to swimming and fishing opportunities.

Cottage with proximity to everything the village has to offer

Here, you can stay within walking distance to most things. A stone's throw from the cottage is the grocery store, the restaurant (see website for opening hours), the ski slope and the river Ljungan. There is something for everyone in all seasons. Downhill skiing (see the respective facility's website for opening hours), cross-country skiing, fishing and hiking. It is about 2 km to klövsjö village with stone oven bakery, grocery store and 3 km to golf+football golf. Parking by the house. Last house by dead end street. Super fast fiber.

The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Relax in this peaceful space! Modern cottage with amazing view of Lofsdalen. In the autumn of 2025, the cottage was renovated and received large panoramic windows that frame the mountain views. In connection with the renovation, a spacious terrace with a hot tub and a sauna house was also added. Here you can really enjoy the view and relaxation.
