Living room – Bright and spacious with high ceilings and large windows facing both the treetops and the lake just a few steps away. There’s a dining area, a comfortable sofa for relaxing, and books, board games and light workout equipment available to borrow. Kitchen – Modern and fully equipped for convenient cooking: double hotplates, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee press and all the utensils and tableware you need. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided – so you can always enjoy a warm cup with the view. Bathroom/WC – Fresh and fully tiled with shower, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. A washing machine is available for longer stays and laundry, so you can travel with lighter luggage. Sleeping loft – Upstairs you’ll find a cozy loft with a made-up double bed (can be separated into two single beds – let us know if you’d like this prepared), a spacious wardrobe, hangers, iron, extra blankets and books for calm, slow mornings and restful evenings to unwind before bedtime.

Secluded Archipelago Retreat near Vaxholm

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en kokplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. Ni har tillgång till toalett och dusch i närheten av tältet. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.
