Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

Lovely cosy studio in original 200 years old finca. Cesar Manrique style with an eukalyptus tree in the middle of the court yard. Located in the village La Asomada (Tias) out of the tourist area. Very quiet and close to the volcanic and wine area. Perfect who looks for an unique and quiet vacations. Privat bathroom, coffee maker, hot water maker and fridge. Smart TV, WiFi. A small kitchen is provided in the court yard to share with other guest. New renovated in June 23, with high quality furn.

Great stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The photos and description perfectly match reality. Esther and Monica were very responsive, superb welcome. What an amazing place to stay so close to Puerto del Carmen. spent a wonderful week with the family in Ana's Casa. Spacious, a beautiful kitchen, equipped with all appliances and all the basic ingredients for making a good meal are provided. The pool was wonderfully heated and for the first week of January, a wonderful temperature due to a pleasant sun in this nice private location. Have visited several places on the island and we find that Cesar Manrique has really made his mark with his artwork. We will definitely come back

Even better in person, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It feels like pure luxury so private yet 5 minutes in a car into Puerto del Carmen. The linen is extremely fresh and clean smelling, the bbq grill was great, the host was extremely helpful and also left a cake for my 30th and had balloons waiting for our arrival which was about 9.30pm and he still took the time to meet us and make sure we felt at home. This is the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed in anywhere and we think it is an absolute steal the price for how gorgeous it is. We were a party of 4 but this place would be great for a couple , the bedrooms are so big and spacious with separate bathrooms, the biggest selling point is all of the outside space and the views. I would say if you have never stayed in Lanzarote before be prepared for the wind at night ( this is the first week in June), however the architecture is done so brilliantly that you can sit outside on a night. The bed was very comfy and huge!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful, really stylish, airy comfortable and well designed. loads of beautiful architectural flourishes, like the panoramic sea facing windows, the internal open courtyard and the lovely pool and landscaped garden. Amazing views from the garden especially at sunset towards the mountains and to the sea. the house is so lovely that we just wanted to stay in at first. It is a great location to visit the rest of the island. easily. There is something really special and realaxing about being in a mountain location with wide panoramic views. being there was a real tonic. The host was responsive and the house really clean and well maintained. I think this place is great value for money. Ee will be recommending it to friends and returning again ourselves. What an amazing place! I had hoped it’d be nice be it’s even better than the photos suggest. We had a lovely week relaxing by the heated pool. The outdoor space has been so imaginatively designed with lots of different seating and eating areas. We would love to return one day and would definitely recommend.
