It is just 2 minuts walk from the train station. This 70 m2 air conditioned loft is a open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed. Beautiful penthouse with sea views. Located in the centre of El Masnou, a small town 15 kms north of Barcelona. It has natural light in all rooms and you can see the sea from any area of the apartment. It has two large terraces, one facing the sea and the other facing Barcelona city. It is a modern, comfortable and very nice apartment. Five minutes walk from Ocata train station and the beach.
