Cozy terraced house with garden in the immediate vicinity of the city center. It only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the jetty. From the house you have walking distance to several different activities such as the cozy Teieskogen and Kaldnes city beach. In the city center you will find a large selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. There is also walking distance to nice hiking areas, saunas located in the Oslofjord as well as several playgrounds. Basement is currently under renovation but there is access to toilet and laundry room with shower.

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.
