Our house, which consists of 2 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen, is a stone villa with a front porch and a back seating area. Detached parking is available. It has a 200m2 garden on three sides of the house. 300m. from the E-5 highway. There is a mini bond. The house is heated with a heat pump. Air conditioning is available. It is close to the factories location. All kitchen and bathroom supplies are available.

Our house is 1+1 with a separate entrance. Air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, nescafe machine, pots and pans, etc. are available. It's 300 meters from the sea, the pool and the beach. It is 50 meters away from corporate stores such as Bim, Migros, A101, Tedi. Bus, minibus and taxi stand right in front of the house. Villa has 3 floor with 2 wc and bathroom. 3 queen size bedroom. We provide 2nd&3th floor to guests. Can walk to sea 2mins. You can fishing and diving in beach. You can enjoy with bosphorous view. You will wake up with birds sounds and relax in terrace which nearby olive trees also can eat organic vegetable also can drink local wine with ordered.

Farmhouse on 8 acres of land

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the previous village before coming to Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There are 1 container and 1 house on the same land. It's a virgin place at the foot of the Logos forest. There is a field, fruit trees, fire area in the field. The stream flows through the land. 2 minutes by car to the village center and 20 minutes on foot. It is surrounded by 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses. It is a small cumin consisting of photographers, painters and designers.
