The fireplace is active; you can light it. It is very pleasant. Note: The price is for two people. There is a fee for additional guests and pets. The building has stairs and no elevator. We can offer affordable solutions for special occasions, marriage proposals, and birthday celebrations for an additional fee. Note: Male guest groups are not accepted.

Deveci Konağı is a 3-story villa located approximately a 4-minute walk from the sea. This listing offers the 3rd floor of the house. This floor, which can accommodate 4 people, has 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have air conditioning. Our guests have a private kitchen and bathroom. Heating is provided by a boiler. A washing machine is available. In addition, there is a private terrace exclusively for this floor, along with a seating area on the terrace. There is a BBQ available for guests to use on the patio.

Our house is a single-story 1+1 with a separate entrance. There's air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Turkish coffee maker, toaster, Nescafé machine, pots and pans, etc. It's 300 meters from the sea, the pool, and the beach. 50 meters to corporate stores such as Bim, Migros, A101, and Tedi. The bus, minibus, and taxi stop are in front of the house. Due to local laws, it is mandatory to obtain ID details from all guests and notify the gendarmerie.

Farmhouse on 8 acres of land

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.

Our house is a detached building in the center of Mürefte, there are 5 separate rooms, all of our rooms have a bathroom and WC in the room, our rooms have air conditioning, mini fridge and TV, it is a complete hotel room concept. 2 of our 5 rooms are 1+1 and there is a single bed in our small room outside the normal bedroom. There is no balcony in our 1+1 rooms. Our other 3 rooms consist of a single double bed. 95 km to Tekirdağ Şarköy 12 km 198 km to Istanbul
