The villa has 2 double beds, 2 single beds, a large living room sofa set and a fully equipped kitchen and all white appliances. It is located 15 minutes from the center of Silivri, 40 minutes from Istanbul New Airport, 20 minutes from Çorlu Airport and 5 minutes from Silivri beaches. The front and back gardens are covered with grass; there is a seating area in the front garden and a dining table in the back garden. Our luxury villa has an alarm system.

If you like photography, you can take great photos from the house. With our newly added cinema system, you can watch the movies you choose from Netflix in any room you want. In your bed or by the fireplace, if you like. We have a barbecue in the garden, there is nothing like chatting by the barbecue. Our village is quiet, calm, peaceful. We are waiting for you.

Deveci Konağı, denize yaklaşık 4 dakika yürüme mesafesinde yer alan, 3 katlı, geniş ve konforlu bir villadır. 10 misafir kapasitesiyle özellikle kalabalık aileler ve arkadaş grupları için uygundur. Evimizde 5 oda, 4 klima ve her katta mutfak ile banyo bulunmaktadır. Isınma kombi ile sağlanmaktadır. Cam balkonlu veranda kısmında misafir kullanımına uygun 2 barbekü, bahçe kısmında oturma alanı, 3. katta teras ve çocuklu aileler için bebek yatağı mevcuttur.
