Luxury Duplex 5 Minutes From Rothschild Blvd

A brand new 2 floors duplex: well equipped, has a special vibe and great neighbors. The living room is very big and fun with a 75 inch TV, comfortable and nice sofas and a legendary Taylor acoustic guitar. The kitchen has everything it needs to cook delicious and amazing meals. The balcony is great and has a lot of space. The rooms are spacious, cozy and comfortable with a nice desk, screen and everything you need for working or studying. You are more than welcome to see more pictures :)

A peaceful nest in northern Tel Aviv.

A cosy garden apartment with all the amenities. The apartment is in a park so it is always super quiet here. There's a children's park right outside and just across the street are the AMPM (Israel's 7/11), a coffee bar, a hummus place and many more small businesses. Close by are Park Hayarkon (the largest park in Tel Aviv with many rivers, creeks and hidden spots) and Ramat HaHayal business district with it's many restaurants, markets and bars. Tel Aviv beach are a quick 10 minute drive.
