Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Telavi

Great stay. Sandro was very responsive and quite flexible with check in. The property is beautiful and welcoming with the only downside being the pool was not useable, however I’m assuming it is due to the time of year (September). Check in was a breeze and we really enjoyed our night in such a historical area. Thank you Sandro, we all hope to stay with you again!

A nice place which can accomodate bigger group of people. Ekaterine and her husband live the next door. They provided us with tip for a ride to Tusheti mountains 👌

Giga is always responsive and friendly. Thanks for accepting my last minute booking and being so helpful. She is also very funny, we had a good chat. 😁

Lika und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig und wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt, vor allem, wenn wir uns auf der Terrasse getummelt haben. Wir haben alles bekommen, was wir noch brauchten, zum Beispiel Küchenutensilien. Auch den Ofen und die Waschmaschine der Familie konnten benutzen. Dies alles war sehr im ursprünglichen Airbnb-Spirit des Teilens von Privatraum und persönlichen Dingen. Danke dafür, besonders fürs Vertrauen! Vor allem die Küche und der Balkon, aber auch teilweise die Bäder waren nicht sauber. Schwamm drüber! Wir empfehlen diese spezielle Suite mit individuellen Charme an einem wundervollen Ort in einem spannenden Land sehr gerne weiter.

Приятное место, дружелюбные хозяева , всегда готовы помочь, живут в соседнем доме. В доме есть всё необходимое: плита, микроволновка, посудомойка, душ тёплый и даже пылесос. Есть терраса , на ней приятно покушать. Мы всегда путешествуем с собакой и для нас было очень приятно дружелюбное отношение. К хозяев тоже есть собаки. Расположение отличное если вы на машине. До центра можно доехать за 10минут. Рядом винодельни, ландшафты потрясающие на горы и алазанскую долину.

Красивое место. Хороший бассейн, зона для барбекью и терраса где можно посидеть, покушать, поиграть в настолки и расслабиться. Хозяйка очень добрая и отзывчивая. Пешком можно дойти до всех достопримечательностей. Рядом много заведений где можно покушать. В целом всё было хорошо, по этому если вы хотите просто отдохнуть в Сигнахи денёк - другой в большой кампании, место отличное!

바로 앞에 공사?중인 건물 때문에 뷰가 좀 아쉬웠는데 나머지는 너무 좋았어요! 다음 시그나기 여행갈때 또 가고싶어요 ☺️

Very beautiful view from the balcony, where you can have homade delicious (and huge!) breakfast for 20 lari per person and option to wash our clothes for 10 Lari. Owner speaks English and Russian and will write you back quickly. We had to do a little bit of searching for precise address but other than that everything was great. Thanks Anna.

Всё было хорошо, хозяева очень гостеприимные. Разрешили оставить вещи после выселения и пользоваться общей зоной. Помогли найти где покушать и как добраться до следующего пункта нашей поездки. Единственный тревожный момент был с точным адресом, но это проблемы с airbnb и после хозяйка оставила точный адрес в описании так что теперь волноваться не о чем. Рекомендую. Everything was fine, the hosts were very hospitable. We were allowed to leave our belongings after the check-out and use the common area. We were helped to find where to eat and how to get to the next point of our trip. The only disturbing moment was with the exact address, but this is a problem with airbnb and after the hostess left the exact address in the description, so now there is nothing to worry about. I recommend it.

Located in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. Perfect for 6 people. Responsive and welcoming host.

Hosts was friendly, caring. Host provided us home made wine & extensive breakfast spread for our family, recommend!

Ana's guest house was very nice. We stayed two nights and enjoyed our time there. The apartment was clean and orderly, a shared space with two other guest rooms, although only one other was occupied during our stay. The view from the balcony was awesome and we enjoyed coffee at sunrise over the valley below. At night the stars are above and lights from city and villages below are like looking down on the stars. A great time and we can recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is a large, bright flat with a nice big balcony with a great view of the Caucasus. The bathroom is small but adequate. The kitchen is well equipped. Only the kettle needs to be replaced and a corkscrew was missing. All in all, however, we were very satisfied and are grateful for the kind hospitality.

Rooms clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing. Great mountain view.

Very convenient location, huge territory of the hotel where the house is located, we played tennis. We had a great dinner at the restaurant🥰 I definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Iva’s place. The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Stayed for one night but love to visit again. Highly recommend

Very nice place to accommodate our large party. The local restaurants food was excellent and fantastic wine.

We spent an amazing time here. I would like to thank all the staff for going above and beyond for us! They were so helpful, kind and recommended amazing places around to visit or helping us communicate with local taxi drivers. The view was breathtaking, the room very tidy and neat. I recommend this place :) ! It was definitely an highlight from our journey here in Georgia !
