Villa holiday rentals in Telchac Puerto

What a beautiful house, or I should say houses (plural) as the entrance, kitchen and living room are in the first house. The bedroom, fabulous shower/sitting bathtub, walk-in closet and toilet are in a separate house - both are separated by a wonderful swimming pool on the side of a veritable « jungle » of plants and palm trees. We spent a good amount of time in the pool or sitting and reading by it. The bedroom was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and cooled by a wall a/c unit. The tv can be tilted toward the bed and is just large enough. The all marble shower/bath is lovely and the water very hot, which we loved. The door security system is easy to operate. Overall, we had a wonderful time and recommend Cecilia’s house highly. Cecilia gave us a very warm welcome and her staff took care of one midweek cleaning and 3 pool skimming that are definitely necessary due to the steadily falling leaves from the « jungle ». Loved our stay !!!

We were very comfortable, clean, only at the reception there was a lack of attention, we arrived very loaded and they did not help.

Loved the place! The apartment was very comfortable and with a beautiful view. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. Everything was as shown in the pictures. We would definitely come back, it was an excellent experience!

Casa Sisal is an amazing property, beautiful modern open house with stunning views, the beach and the ocean are very peaceful and private we did not see anybody our whole stay, the kids enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. The palapa is great for an afternoon drink while watching the sunset. Carlos and Brenda were very nice and helpful, everything they prepared to eat was very good, from morning chilaquiles to seasoned grilled fish. Internet was fast. We will definitley be going back!

It's a bit further from the center than I thought, and the neighborhood is a little scruffy, but Casa Dos Suenos is an OASIS! The house is beautiful, and the pool provided a much-needed refuge from the heat - 105 for days in a row. We enjoyed the pool, BBQ, and the AC in bedrooms.

Excellent house, comfortable and with a spectacular view of the sea. if you want to leave the house for a while you can visit Telchac, a fishing village with the charm of how simple it becomes beautiful. Ermilio very present at all times as well as Sr José the landlord who was very friendly and functional every day I would only suggest lighting more of the outside towards the beach The house is 100% recommended

It is a very nice house, it has everything to have a great time as a family, everything is very comfortable. The only thing to consider is that it is an area of low electrical intensity, so at night if there are many people, the lights will be failing or they will be very low, but despite that we had a good time.

Muriel’s home is a beautiful paradise! The house is very spacious. Loved the big kitchen. It has all the essentials to cook a meal. My family and I enjoyed every space. Each room has its private shower/bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool/lounge area. The home is walking distance to El Centro and restaurants (10-15 min walk). It’s very safe to walk. Locals are really friendly too. Thank you Muriel for sharing your beautiful home and we would definitely stay at your home again.

Casa María is BEAUTIFUL!!! The facilities are 100, Don José and Doña Claudia are the best, they spoiled us a lot with their incredible dishes and drinks. As a recommendation to future visitors, make a good purchase (supermarket) before going to the house since going out is complex on the dirt road, so arrive with everything. In any case, they have the shopping and errand service in case it is necessary. We spent some incredible days as a family, it was our baby's first visit to the beach and it was certainly one of the best. We'll be back!!!!! The beach is on another level and it's literally a little piece of heaven in Yucatan. Take great care of the divine accommodation. Very good communication with the host, always attentive and friendly. Hugs to Mr. José and Mrs. Claudia!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Caro. The house and cabanas are spacious and beautifully decorated. The service was great and the food delicious: Luis, Karla and Gilda were very caring and helpful. The host was very accomodated and respond quickly to questions. Everything was perfect as it seems on line!

I don't even know her to begin. this house is absolutely beautiful. there are five extremely large bedrooms, with each having its own large bathroom. the kitchen is a chefs dream. there is a cute courtyard in the center of the house & a side yard w/ pool. we felt very safe here, as it has a tall wall & security gates. across the street is a mall. the entrance is about a 1.5 minute walk, but don't worry about noise or traffic at all. there is a pharmacy/convenience store just around the corner. Juan, the house manager, lives on site so he is always available. He is a super friendly man! the owners were very communicative & gave helpful info ahead of time, even suggesting that we place our grocery delivery order from walmart. we had our groceries delivered the morning we arrived. Juan received them & put them away for us. we 100% WILL be back!!!!! this was our 1st trip to merida for all 10 of us & fell in love with the city & this AirBnb.

This property is the best we’ve ever visited. Everything is perfect! The View…amazing, the Beach… only for you. Also the private Chef and Service is out of this World. This is what we call vacation…!!! This guys have been on it all day… simply amazing. Super recommended.

My family and I had a great time here. the home is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. Landy was a wonderful cook and made us some of the most delicious meals that we had on our trip. Sofia responded very quickly to our questions and ensured that our stay went smoothly. We had a great time and hope to return some day in the future. Thank you!

An excellent space for vacationing on the beach. Comfortable, with everything you need to relax . Excellent attention from the hosts, always pending and attentive. The facilities are very comfortable and spacious with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. The area is very quiet and close to shops and services. The description of the place was accurate and the house has everything you need. We hope to return soon!

Amazing place. Laura was in communication with us at all times and personally greeted us on our arrival. The place has all the amenities that are published, and reality exceeds what is shown in the photos: it is even nicer in person. The stay was very quiet, ideal for resting. Everything from the kitchen and air conditioning to the pool was in great condition and have amenities to be comfortable on the beach such as chairs, ice maker, etc. The beach is relatively close; walking with a lot of things can be somewhat tired, but the distance is not excessive. Even so, I would recommend renting a car for greater comfort, especially because from the airport to the house there is approximately 45 minutes drive. Having a car makes everything more practical during the stay. The beach is excellent and very quiet, without many people. AN EXCELLENT AIRBNB THAT I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK!

Great house. We were there in low season, May, so very quiet, which we preferred. The house is well equipped (but no scissors in kitchen). Private beach is great. Caretakers on site, so very safe. Could do with a little upgrade. Some paint, bedside table lamps and the sun loungers need some repainting/replacing. The beds are queens/doubles (+/- 1.40m (140 CM) wide) so I would not stay here with 12 people, unless there are loads of kids who can share a bed. I think 4 adults sharing per bedroom would be stretching it. We were only 3 adults, so all own bathroom which is great. No aircon in main living space, but with windows open on both sides and the ceiling vans you get enough draft through. Bedrooms all have aircon + ceiling van. Works a charm. We loved it as it was quiet and big ! Enjoyed the new smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV for late night movie night.

A beautiful, impeccable house, very quiet area, clean, very spacious, we felt at home, the beds are super comfortable, the hosts are very friendly and always attentive, highly recommended, without thinking we will stay at Casa Azul again, thank you for opening the doors of such a beautiful house

A few blocks walk Montejo👌🏻 Thanks to Daniela and Cristina for being aware of everything we needed, they even went to clean the pool the next day🙌🏻 We had a great time🤍

Casa Wajus is nothing but a piece of paradise!!! Patricia our host was wonderful, she communicated in a friendly and respectful manner and quick to respond. My family and I loved it!!!!

Excellent kitchen with ocean view, but it would be great mosquito nets to enjoy the breeze, and in the television room an A.A. would be super, we loved the rooms but as a Yucatecan, I would not be a few hammocks! the divine beach! thank you Estef x the attention!! beautiful house with its beautiful pool!
