Undisturbed backyard is shared with other residents of the house. West-facing garden with sun until late evening can also be used.

New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. The apartment is close to the Hovden center with walking distance to all facilities. In winter, there are great cross-country trails close by and it is a short distance to the Alpine Centre. The skating rink and Hovden Badeland is just outside. In spring, summer and autumn, there are many good hiking trails and summit hikes with varying degrees of difficulty.
