We actually decided to stay here because of the amazing pictures and all the feedback about how wonderful Debra was!!! And it was all true and even better than advertised!!! We had an amazing time and Debra and her husband were super friendly and helpful!!! We will definitely stay here again if our trip adventures lead us to the area again!!!

The home had everything we needed and met all our requirements. Janell was very responsive and flexible to our needs. I recommend this home!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

What an awesome place to stay! Beautiful home, huge deck and pool, with a hot tub! Well appointed kitchen with great appliances. Beds are so comfy, linens and towels are very nice. This was our second stay and I know we'll be back soon!

Beautiful home and the view was amazing!! The grandkids loved the pool and arcade games! We had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer. Tiffany was an outstanding host!

Must pick location for families with kids and outdoor entertaining! The space is well thought out for family gatherings. Host has done a fantastic job putting this home together. The outdoor space is unmatched! You will not find a better patio and outdoor entertaining space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessary shopping. Host is super responsive and very friendly. House instructions were very clear. Everything was well labeled and easy to use. Great kitchen and indoor space. Highly recommend this home. Heated pool. Great! Hot tub. Awesome! Trampoline, play house. Kids loved it. Back deck was amazing. TV, propane heaters, mood lighting, outdoor stereo, ceiling fan. Bathrooms and showers were really nice. Plenty of hot water. Appliances were great. Luggage racks were a bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Rent this place!

My friends and I stayed here for our annual girls trip/ before wedding getaway. Beautiful location, very peaceful and our host did a wonderful job of making sure the place was ready to go. It has a ton of little amenities and extras which we really appreciated. We are definitely wanting to book here again.

There are too many amazing things to say about our stay to fit them all in this review. Jennifer’s directions for finding the cabin were spot on. She had some yummy snacks waiting for us upon our arrival, which was much appreciated after a 12-hour drive. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and stocked with what we needed. The views from the lower and upper balconies were breathtaking. Watching the sun rise and set over Pikes Peak is an experience everyone should have. There was comfy patio furniture with a nice outdoor propane fire pit to keep us toasty after the sun set. My husband and I had a great time playing pool in the basement. Jennifer was quickly responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We loved watching the prairie dogs play in the field on the way up to the cabin. There is a grocery market just a few miles away, and Cripple Creek had some great restaurants too. I highly recommend staying at Jennifer’s cabin and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The house is near many wonderful spots , the Garden of the Gods,Pike Peak, Red Rock Canyon, Manitou Springs, Eleven Mile Canyon, Riding on horses and many more. In this place you won’t have time to be bored. I will happily go back there agin. A huge thank you to the owner of this house.

Joanne’s place is incredible, and honestly, while the pictures are wonderful, they don’t do the house justice. It’s comfortable, and not one of those spaces where a host puts cheap mattresses and furniture in the space. It was in a quiet area in the mountains. The neighbors seemed friendly. It wasn’t uncommon to see deer stroll through the yard. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day of hiking too!! Joanne was a great communicator and offered hiking spots for our dogs. We had no issues during our stay but I know that we’d easily be able to reach her should we have needed anything. If able, we’ve all agreed we’d look to stay in Joanne’s space in the future!

Beautiful cabin. So thoughtfully decorated, you can tell the family takes pride in their cabin! And rightfully so! Secluded just enough to make you feel alone in the mountains, yet close enough to town and the city thereafter to drive if needed. Our little family had the most splendid time. We would love to return again :)

Great location to explore the area. Quiet and secluded and yet close to everything. The house has all the amenities you need to be comfortable. And the beds are super comfortable!

Our stay at this home exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t get over the views at this place! Just remarkable! We spent many mornings on the deck, drinking coffee and just being in absolute awe! Few things stood out to us in the home, firstly the room fans, they had different speed levels you could control by the remote! If you’re someone who has to sleep cool and likes it cold, open a window and turn the fan on and I promise you’ll sleep like a baby! If you’re a warm sleeper well the master bedroom has a fireplace! It warmed us right up after time in the hot tub! We enjoyed our time at the home just as much as we did with all the area hiking, train ride to the peak, dinosaur excursions, the wolf and wildlife center, water rafting and garden of the gods! The theatre room provided so much needed relaxing , loved the coziness! All the beds were comfy and had great pillows!! My husband wanted me to find out where the pillows were from! We loved it here!

Or family truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was a perfect location for heading out to the area attractions like the Manitou Incline, Pikes Peak, and Garden of the Gods. It was so lovely to return to this private home in the evening, soak in the hot tub, enjoy beautiful mountain views, and play some pool and shuffle board with the our teenage and adult kids. My only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer!

From start to finish, our stay was awesome! First of all, the guidance and communication from Leslie was fantastic. She had great suggestions, answered all my questions, and made preparing for the trip that much easier. The house itself is beautiful. It was clean and comfortable. The views were incredible and we loved the extra touch of the light up cherry blossom tree on the deck. It was great to have a place for our dogs to safely run around too. My boys adored the back yard - the trees, rocks and wild beauty to play in and my husband and I loved the peace and quiet. The drive into Woodland Park and Manitou was easy. We loved our trip so much that it was hard to leave! We highly recommend this home for anyone that wants a quiet escape from a day of touring the Colorado Springs area.

Had a fantastic weekend with my wife and 10 year old niece. The house is very clean, quiet, and has a homey feel that was very comforting and cozy. It is a great location with an easy walk to the Hungry Bear and other main street locations, but far enough from the highway that we never heard the traffic. Roger was very helpful and got us all set up when we arrived.

What an amazing experience!!! This home was absolutely stunning. My wife, 2 boys and I celebrated our 12 year wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for a better place!! Israel and Anna really thought of everything. The million dollar view from the back porch was breathtaking. There are so many things to do in the surrounding area. We plan to come back to this wonderful home soon!!

The house and location are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The views are awesome.

Came up for a Valentine’s Day weekend getaway. This place did not disappoint. The hot tub was incredible. The views are so pretty and I even got a little painting in. We love Colorado Wines which is just down the road. There’s a Gastro Pub called Red Diamond in woodland park that we highly recommend! Hosts are very responsive. Enjoyed the stay.

It was a great stay. We had so much fun and the house was perfect for our family of 7. John was super responsive and immediately answered questions before and during the stay. The only minor complaint is that Apple Maps took us to the driveway of the business just before it on the road, because it did not recognize their new driveway. We had to know where to turn in based on what the pictures looked like of the house.
