The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

Only a 10-minute drive to the entrance of "the dragon" road, close to fishing on Tellico Lake, 30 minutes from the Knoxville airport, 30 minutes from Foothills Parkway, 30-60 minutes from many beautiful hikes both in the Great Smokey National Park or the Cherehola Skyway. Gatlinburg is a little over an hour away.

You will have the entire front part of the house with a private entrance, patio, front porch and parking. You will have private access to all of what is pictured.
