Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

The entire space was totally remodeled in 2020, with comfort and relaxation in mind. The golf front deck has a large gas grill and outdoor seating , firepit area and Waterfall! Location is close to all the TV amenities and easy access to our wonderful East TN mountains and lakes. (Host lives on main level. No smoking, pets or children<12)

We had a lovely stay in Tellico Village for the month while waiting for our new home build to be completed. Stephanie was extremely understanding of our situation and responded quickly to any small hiccups we encountered throughout our stay. Cozy house with cute decor—we were so impressed we actually reverse image searched the living room lamps and ordered a few for our new house!

This beautiful home was perfect for my family on spring break. The location was private and peaceful, very little traffic in a nice safe neighborhood to be out walking my dog. The house was new, immaculate and nicely furnished with COMFORTABLE sectional in living room (hard to find in an AirBnb) and beds. Would stay here again - highly recommend!!

Paul’s cabin is very well appointed and spectacularly clean. There are some good restaurants within a 30 minute drive. Spent time fishing, boating, building campfires and relaxing in the hot tub. Great weekend - everyone enjoyed it.

The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and serene, far beyond our expectations. I was genuinely surprised by the natural beauty surrounding the area; the lush greenery and vibrant wildlife created a calming ambiance that allowed us to fully unwind. We were so grateful to have the opportunity to recharge for a few days in this haven. Conveniently located near Oak Ridge, it was ideally situated for our needs, and we appreciated the proximity of several supermarkets. This made it easy to stock up on snacks and microwaveable meals for our stay. One of our favorite aspects of the home was the charming bookshelf. We spent hours exploring its eclectic collection of books.

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful! Lavette was super communicative and helped us find the place coming in late at night after a long drive with clear signs labeled to help us find our way. During our stay she was super helpful and always made sure we had what we needed. We would 100% come back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice beautiful and peaceful getaway.
