South-West style marks out the interior, with a big brick surround showcasing the welcoming kitchen. This house is a newly renovated historic home from 1941! The Boho/Southwest home is completely remodeled offering all the amenities you may want or need for a comfortable stay - with a central location near the airport, convention center, sports arenas, Tempe Town Lakes, ASU hiking and lots of restaurants and bars. There are two bedrooms with beds and two bathrooms in the house, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. This house is situated in a landscaped oasis with plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Inside There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that you can use. There is one bedroom and a few closets that we use to store our stuff and those will not be available for your use, but all other spaces are yours. The living room has a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon TV and Hulu with fast wifi. Outside The patio allows for dining under the lights, and lounging in the hammock. Fast WiFi reaches throughout the entire place, including the outdoor patio and porch areas. Please let us know if you would like to use the gas grill. On hot Arizona days, we recommend taking a dip in the stock tank pool (closed during fall/winter). The backyard is a shared space. We also Airbnb the back guest house and you could be sharing the backyard with other guests. Other Amenities -Washer/Dryer: private Washer and Dryer are available and you can access it with an electronic code. - Additional blankets, sheets, and pillows available upon request. No Parties Aloud! For check-in, we'll give you a code to the lockbox to get the keys and you can arrive anytime after 3pm and check yourself in. Please put the keys back before checking-out at 11am. While we will not be at the house during your stay, feel free to contact us with any questions! We live right down the street and if you need anything you can call or text us. We also have a lot of local recommendations to share. The neighborhood is very centrally located, within walking distance of many sought-after restaurants and bars. Stroll in one of the local parks, and by Tempe Town Lake, just a mile away, before hunting out some bargains at Tempe Market Place. Getting around is extremely simple. Walk, bike, light rail, or uber. Being in the heart of it all makes transportation a breeze. The back guest house is also on Airbnb. You may be sharing the backyard with another guest. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key.
