Bright old building apartment for two in a central location with garden in the stylish brick house. Due to the proximity to Berlin Südkreuz train station, you have a perfect connection as well as quick access to supermarket, drugstore and pharmacy, etc., even on Sundays and holidays. Unfortunately, we do not have a guest parking space. Parking in the area must be paid for at parking ticket machines. We therefore recommend traveling without a car.

Wonderful Loft Space on the 5th floor

Very nice, bright loft space in the vibrant area of Kreuzberg. The apartment is based in the 5th floor and from the window you can see the famous TV Tower of Berlin. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building. But the stairs are worth the excercise! The apartment is well decorated, has a full kitchen and everything you need, to feel comfortable for your stay in Berlin.
