Notes: During the European Football Championship the apartment will be available for 2 people max, (possibly with 2 children from 12 years). Parties and loud soccer evenings are not permitted out of consideration for my neighbors. The City of Berlin charges an additional 7.5% citytax.

Located within 10 minutes walking distance to the unique Tempelhofer Feld recreational area and located in one of the most vibrant areas of Berlin, this private flat will immediately make you feel home. The flat is conveniently connected by public transport to the rest of the city and within 5 minutes walking distance from both U8 and Ringbahn (S41, S42, S45, S46).

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
