Lavender Barn, Outdoor Sauna, 3 en-suite

JulieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed for a weekend at this lovely, spacious property situated at the heart of the village. Lavender Barn was very comfortable, stylish and well equipped. There were lots of thoughtful extras and a welcome pack. The gardens are stunning. Conchita could not have been more helpful, with great communication. The village pub just across the road serves excellent pub food and well worth a visit. All bedrooms are en-suite which is so convenient and the barn is really characterful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lavender Barn.

A charming and comfortable stay in a quiet village. Just perfect for what we needed to attend a friend’s wedding nearby and host was so helpful and accommodating. Great space to stay in with our two girls and excellent private parking facilities. Lovely stay 😊

The Studio, a stunning rural retreat for two.

HannahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Thank you for having us! We had a lovely 3 night stay at the studio, it was welcoming, cosy and relaxing. Lovely welcoming gift of home baked brownies upon arrival, they were delicious and welcomed after a 6 hour car journey. Rebecca was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Great location, approx a 1h journey to the lakes and beautiful surrounding scenery. Would highly recommend this beautiful space!

Rose Cottage, in the heart of the Eden Valley

DavidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely week in Rose Cottage. It was east to locate and upon arrival the wood burner was fully stacked and we we're left some wonderful shortbread treats. It was very clean and there was coffee, tea and fresh milk available for us upon our arrival. There was loads of things to do within a reasonable distance, lowther castle, windermere, aira force but the real stand out was the tree top nets at zipworld windermere. We also enjoyed a little visit to the local donkey farm and a visit to penrith baths. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would easily recommend it.

Kay was a great host - really friendly and answered all our queries very quickly and helpfully. Complimentary eggs and bottle of wine much appreciated and new born lambs aplenty a treat! Really well equipped kitchen too - always a bonus. Thanks for sharing your beautiful part of the world. A great base for walks in the lakes.

Newly renovated - Cobble Cottage, Long Marton

MeredithRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely couple of days in Natalie’s beautiful cottage. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. Beautifully presented and scrupulously clean. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We had dinner at The Masons Arms (3 minutes walk away) one night and practically had to roll ourselves back to the cottage we were so full 😁 The scenery around here is gorgeous and we even managed to see a red squirrel when we stopped at Orion Scar Cafe. Thank you so much Natalie.
