I have 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with sofa bed and a large pellet stove. From my terrace you will admire the beautiful Magra valley and the sea. I am halfway ( 14 km) from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and the Apuan Alps (Cecina field 1300 meters). Passing through the “Porta Romana” you will see the first shops and enjoy some pleasant time at the bars, restaurants close by.
