Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

L 'École Buissonnière

We offer you a home on the ground floor of our old stone house which includes: a spacious living room, with kitchenette, seating area and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140cm and 1 pull-out bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds (see photo); and a bathroom, spacious also, with bathtub and walk-in shower. The room and bathroom overlooks our beautiful garden and the living room on a small courtyard protected from the road.

Cottage in the countryside (GITE)

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Pleasant quiet accommodation on adjoining land. Municipal pool within a 10-minute walk. You can enjoy the surrounding villages: - wine connoisseurs will be won over by the vineyards of Sancerres; - racing enthusiasts by the Magny-Cours circuit; - admirers of discoveries by the village of Apremont-sur-Allier (most beautiful villages in France), also the city of Bourges; - and for those who wish to relax, the Goule pond. It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention closed pools: September to April not heated)
