10/10 Communication: Lorena was great. Nothing to add. 10/10 Arriving to the location: there was a tricky turn, but Lorena organized someone to meet us on the road and show us the way. 10/10 Suroundings: small town, with limited places to eat out. Great views, terrace, swings, waterfall near by. Everything was as we espected or better :)

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

A very clean and spacious apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great. Shopping and the city center of Riva are within easy walking distance. The car was on the enclosed property, the bikes in the underground parking. The landlord Franco was very friendly, always easy to reach and even accompanied me to the emergency room after a fall. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much.

Linda's apartment is just perfect! Great location right in front of the city center of Arco, quiet, everything top clean and beautiful, absolutely friendly and fast contact before, during our time in Arco and also after. Just beautiful!

We had a very nice week at the end of May in Lisa's apartment. The apartment has an incredibly beautiful view of Lake Garda. It is very bright with large windows and has a beautiful balcony. The facility is also very, very stylish. In addition, it is very quiet and you can't hear anything from the busy road on the shore. We had our bikes with us and were able to ride along the coast (almost the entire route can be ridden directly on the shore and does not have to be ridden on the road). There are small bathing spots, restaurants and bars everywhere. It is truly a fantastically beautiful area. Lisa's mother speaks very good German and, since we forgot it, she brought us a self-pressed olive oil from her garden☺️. The Airbnb is really highly recommended!!

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

This place is extremely exceptional. The apartment is huge and has everything you’re looking for. Checking in and out was very easy. I found the patio to be a very nice touch. We enjoyed having dinner and enjoy the views. There is an electric shade for the balcony to keep it cool. And it automatically goes up if there is wind. Everything works perfectly in the apartment. I used the washing machine and it is efficient and works well There is an air conditioner in every room and you can set individual temperatures. The shower has a place to heat your towel It is in a quiet environment, a short drive to the lake. Parking is affordable and renting chairs worth it Lots of place to go for walks during the day For groceries shopping I would recommend Aldi. You can walk but if you choose to drive they have lots of under ground parking. And if you’re not from Italy be prepared to see extreme low prices on wine. The most wine €2.50 to €5 I really want to stay here again. It’s exceptional!

First class apartment and host !! What a truly luxury apartment that exceeded our expectations . Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the support that Stefano’s provided . Some great restaurants, bus services and local attractions to keep you active . I will be recommending this apartment to my friends and family and hope to return again in the future . The place was excellent. Exactly as described, super fast and friendly communication, very clean and quiet in the house despite other apartments. The accommodation is right on the water and only 1-2 minutes' walk to the first restaurant. We will definitely come back!

I really liked our stay. You have basically your flat on the water feeling. We had our breakfast while we looked from all windows at water and ships. My child loved it. The balcony is small but still nice. If you come with a child there is no bed for child but a sofa to use the Mattress of it. It was a bit difficult for us to pull it out every day. The check in was good. Marcella’s friend had communicated with us. The flat was mainly clean. We had towels and also bedsheets ready. But better to bring yoir shampoo and toilet paper what is there is not enough. The place is on top of a restaurant which has a really good food. There is a cafe downstairs also. A nice local restaurant also near by. I found the city super clean and nice. Nights sth was loud if you keep windows open to the bar sides. We had just at the end one problem. We had to park for some mins with our small child in front the flat and the owner of restaurant wanted to call the police. The parking is 10 mins walk.

Fabulous location. Beautifully renovated space in historic building. It is clear that the design and equipping of the apartment was done with great care and skill. The apartment is modern and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated having both a washing machine and dryer. The beds are very comfortable. The windows provide great fresh air circulation. The window shutters were very nice to have. The apartment is just outside of the city walls, which is wonderful because it is a less congested area. But it is so close to everything we wanted to do. Great restaurants, cafe, walking, the lake, all are right nearby. We loved relaxing on the comfortable sofa and listening to the sounds of Riva through our open windows. The host is extremely responsive, pleasant, and helpful. The apartment guide book information and maps were very helpful. This apartment will definitely be our first choice for our next trip to Riva del Garda.

First-class apartment in the center of Arco. Manuela and Giovanni are really very nice hosts, they always immediately took care of all concerns and even unloaded and carried our luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda – the perfect place to end the day. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would recommend the place at any time!

I can only recommend a long weekend with friends in Daniela's accommodation. Away from the hectic tourist area on Lake Garda, we could enjoy the view of the lake from above, reach everything within 10 minutes on foot in the small town of Tignale and enjoy nature. A parking space in the Toefgarage directly at the apartment is on site. The community pool was great and the hot tub right on the terrace gave us relaxing evenings until 10 pm. We definitely highly recommend the accommodation and the stay with Daniela! Thanks ciao

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

Beautiful, stylishly furnished and super clean apartment with great views in a quiet location. Rarely experienced such an excellently cleaned apartment (including bathroom). There are two other holiday apartments above the apartment - but we rarely noticed the guests there. Privacy is therefore guaranteed. Apartment furnishings are completely sufficient, beds are comfortable, the apartment's own parking space is 5 m from the apartment entrance (great for unloading luggage), water in the whirlpool is chlorinated. Our dog felt comfortable on the small green strip next to the apartment. Anna & Christina were always available and responded quickly, friendly, helpful and competent to inquiries. In Piovere, there is the possibility to buy goods for daily needs as well as two options for going out (bar & restaurant). Piovere is a good starting point for exploring Lake Garda. Thank you for a great stay. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is outstanding. Very tasteful, no cut corners for the renovation and as clean as possible. Everything is new, inside a d outside. I’m quite amazed by that. The little gifts breakfast and bikes were also a nice touch. With the bikes there is a bike path from the Flat to Lago di Ledro, I suggest to bike there. The Spa is great as well.
