This is the first of a set of rustic houses rehabilitated in 2019/20, giving rise to 5 modern apartments, decorated with solid wood and lamps from Bali. The aim was to create an informal, unpretentious environment, but at the same time refined and welcoming. In the central area, there is a porch, a common area, where you can have meals and rest outdoors. Santa Bárbara is a peaceful village from where you can see the sea and the mountain with the same name, and an ideal place to rest.

Slow House - Azores Slowhouse

A SLOW HOME is the need to survive and find ourselves. In this house, there is the possibility of looking at the sky and looking at the sea, of looking into each other's eyes and feeling each other's heartbeat. This is a house that inspires, that slows down, that forces us to stop doing what we don't need to do and where we discover a new rhythm. Here, we assure you that a minute still has the same 60 seconds, but what fits inside is much more. It also allows us to do nothing.

Casa do Lagar

Casa do Lagar (T2) aims to offer you a relaxing stay on Terceira Island, Azores. Located in the Biscoitos vineyard country, it is a 15-minute walk from the natural pools and 15 minutes from the center of the parish. It can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Casa do Lagar has a patio with a wood oven and barbecue and a backyard where you can enjoy the sounds of the sea, rocking yourself in the swing hammock.

Apartment 01 is included in a complex of 6 apartments, AngrA+. It is a studio (T0), ground floor and suitable for reduced mobility. It is 40m2 and is dominated by a 17th century cantary arch. It has a large (17m2) exclusive balcony with table/chairs and overlooking the garden, city and sea. 2 person maximum occupancy. Common spaces include a garden, an outdoor pool, a lounge with a library and fireplace, a terrace, and a self-service laundry.

Centenary house recovered with a stunning view of the parish, Atlantic Ocean, forest and mountain. From here, we can also see three islands of the central group, which are Graciosa, S.
