Come and enjoy the Terceira Island in a calm and cozy place like Quinta Rico. Quinta Rico - House II is a new house built from scratch, with all the amenities and a privileged view of the sea. You can stroll through its orchards where you can find a variety of fruit trees, as well as small vegetable gardens and some animals such as chickens, peacocks, turkeys and rabbits. Guests have access to a generous swimming pool with a heated Jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna.

The space has a total area of 51.38 m2, with a kitchen, living room, queen-size bedroom, and bathroom; however, there is the possibility of adding 2 extra beds, allowing capacity for up to 4 people. When booking the room you can choose between Single (1 person) or Double (2 people) and add up to 2 extra beds (single), thus guaranteeing space for up to 4 people.

Open space with a view over the Atlantic Ocean, more precisely in front of Ilhéu dos Fradinhos and Ilhéu das Cabras. Very well situated, about ten minutes away from both cities of the island, excellent bathing areas. Within a short distance of 500 metres are two of the best restaurants on the island: Rocha Restaurant and Boca Negra Restaurant. It has an outdoor space where you can spend a peaceful evening with a magnificent view.

The villa Bella Casa Total House, which is situated in Angra Heroismo, overlooks the nearby lake. The 180 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi and towels.
