The house was acquired on a visit in 2016 that was pure love at first sight. Since then and until the completion of the remodeling, made by the architect Nuno Malato, the work has become an investment of body and soul, clearly visible in the personal elements that are in the house. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a 1 bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
