Me and my husband chose this apartment to spend the Easter holiday and it was an excellent choice! The location is perfect, it is on the main street, close to everything, and we managed to do all the walking tours. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well organized and with all the items needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. I would like to make a special highlight for the hostess, Nathália, who was extremely solicitous throughout the stay. It was always available, was very kind, proactive and still had a super flexibility with the checkout time, which allowed us to enjoy the last day in the city better. Without a doubt, we will once again stay in the same place. We recommend with your eyes closed. You won't regret it!

I loved the apartment, it has a good location (the neighborhood is great, close to several tourist spots that you can walk to), quiet and peaceful. It was very organized, clean and I had no problems. I went during the cold season and what saved me was the shower, lol, very good and very hot. The condominium is also very quiet.

The hosts are very polite and attentive, we love the stay, the environment is very organized and clean and extremely beautiful!

We were in December/24 at the house with a group of 14 people, 2 children aged 2/3 and 3 dogs. Very comfortable house. The living room floor is very spacious, allowing you to interact with people who are in different common areas. We hired Dona Rosana to help us in the kitchen and it was the BEST decision, she is friendly, helpful and cooks very well. We found it to be very good value for money. Point that left something to be desired: - Not all rooms had fans, even though it was a cold place, in the heat it is worth having in the room. - Some beds with harder mattresses (orthopedic type).

The place is Amazing! I spent the weekend celebrating Valentine's Day and it was perfect. Isolated, quiet location, perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility. The outdoor area is very cozy, I confess that it was the part I stayed the most. I just missed something to light the barbecue, because due to the humid/cold weather, the woods are more difficult to light for the fireplace. Besides, there is nothing to declare. The host is super helpful, every time I sent a message I was answered. I received clear directions on how to get there. The environment is calm and safe, with plenty of space to walk outside the residence. I will come back more often for sure!

We rented the house for a family holiday and exceeded expectations. Hosts are super available and polite. The house is great, has a large room that allows to bring together the whole family, a beautiful garden and a covered game area, which even in the rain can be used. For those who want to visit the feirinha de Teresópolis, with a good mood you can walk. Our pets loved the space and were very safe as the house is all walled. We love it!

Our stay was quiet! Maurício was generous with the checkout. Mrs. Zezé was welcoming. We had very happy and pleasant days. The shower has very hot water for the cold weather. The fireplace needs to be checked, but we saw that they are looking for a solution, we hope when we return we can use it with satisfaction.

The house is a dream, much better than the photos of the listing! All clean, tidy and in very good taste. The bathroom is spacious which makes mobility easier. Great Internet for working and watching movies and series. The backyard with the barbecue, wood stove, showers, fruit trees, plants and flowers is beautiful! Walled td house perfect for child safety and pet! The brook in the background and calm and clean! It was days of peace and a lot of joy, we and our pet love every second! I highly recommend it!

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was very peaceful, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I am allergic to smells, I felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.
