A good stay, Marika is a very good host, she answered quickly, was flexible and kind. Arriving at the apartment was easy and we were able to do it without a problem (even though it was very late at night). She left us many nice touches around the house and took into account that we were with a small child. The apartment is as described and in the photos, very clean and well-equipped. The residence is quiet and peaceful. The restaurant Km 18 is highly recommended, and nearby there are good pizzerias at a good price, we also really liked the terrace of the new life cafe to see the sunset. The people in town are very friendly. My son got sick and we couldn't visit what we had planned, but we still liked it and will be back. I definitely recommend Marika's apartment.

Very clean house, inside we found every benefit, from primary products in the kitchen to pods for washing machines. Roberta is always available!

Great apartment in a beautiful residential complex with pool. The description of the apartment corresponded exactly to reality. We were there in mid-October and were almost the only ones in the complex. The view of the sea is unique. We can absolutely recommend the apartment. Norbert and Tanja

What a brilliant flat in the heart of alghero. We stayed for a week and are already planning our next trip here. It’s right in the middle of the centro storico, with beaches on either side. Although it’s in the middle of quite a busy area, the flat itself it’s very quiet and private. Loads of restaurants and bars very close by. We will miss waking up to that view!

The apartment was ideal for our stay, in a few minutes you are on the beach and also after a short drive in the center of Alghero. The apartment has its own parking space and is still absolutely quiet. From the terrace, you can look out over fields and meadows, and yet you are well connected. The apartment itself is sparkling clean and furnished to the latest standards. The landlady will immediately take care of any inquiries. Check in was perfect. The best I've experienced with similar rentals so far. Thank you

lucky to have two beautiful warm days in late October. We also managed to swim in the beautiful pool of the accommodation... it would have been a shame not to take advantage of it. Yee!

If you want a quiet escape which overlooks the Stintino wilderness then look no further! The house is beautifully cared for, so clean and the evening sunsets are to die for. Mattia is very quick to respond and his team are so welcoming. They made our stay marvellous. There is a small supermarket a literal stones throw from the property meaning you don’t have to worry about driving for too long. Mattia also shared a map with all the great sights and beaches… we recommend La Saline followed by one of the quiet cove beaches on the west coast… topped off by a home cooked meal watching the moon. Thank you Mattia!

Lovely accommodation with a huge garden in which our children could play freely. We were allowed to take some fruit and vegetables from the garden and even eggs from the chicken. With the cat, having a resident pet in the accommodation to feed and to look after, set a new gold standard for our children. Annarita and her husband Mauro were great hosts and very responsive. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

When you rent such an Airbnb in this price range, what you expect is: - beautiful interior and exterior - absolute privacy - stunning view / nature - private(!) pool - luxerious appliances If you expect the above, your expectations will be met. Since its a very rural area, there are not as many bistrots and restaurants, but there are some. Beaches and bigger cities with many options are only 30min of driving away. We found Costa Paradiso (and especially the Li Cossi beach) to be the most beautiful area of Sardinia. It is not close but its easy to reach from Nulvi, this is why I am mentioning it. Antonio and his wife are charming. What we especially appreciated was, that the host only visited the Airbnb in the early morning. You are "really" alone there. If you plan a Sardinia trip with your significant other and look for one stop with romantic total isolation, dont hesistate any longer and push that button.

The good stuff first. A beautiful,modern,clean apartment. Everything thought of and a kitchen to die for! We simply loved it. Communication was excellent and there is absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself. The sunrise view was stunning. The not so good: As a fit couple in our 60’s getting our luggage/food/water from car to front door was a series of steps upward (23). Access requires you to be fit. We were off season ( late May) and subsequently the only people around but the cafe below our balcony played from 9:30 am to 9:30pm either piano music on a loop or euro pop. We fear the completion of the pool next door will further spoil the tranquility of this beautiful apartment. Time will tell. That all said, if you want a genuine taste of Italy in all its beauty and wonderful local people we’d recommend Capo Falcone and the idyllic town of Stintino. Andrea's accommodation is very nice and quiet. The garden is beautiful. The facility is very pleasant and everything was super clean. Everything is as in the pictures. It is not far to the city for shopping by car. You can also easily reach many beautiful beaches from here by car. Andrea gave us tips on which beaches we can go to that are not so crowded. We felt very comfortable and would come back. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay at Alessia's. We were very touched by her kind attentions, both on arrival and departure. Communication was easy, Alessia was responsive and flexible. The house was very clean and perfectly equipped, in a quiet environment with sea views.

Great solution with a spectacular sunset view from the terrace. Great beach location 10 minutes away by car but worth it, very quiet and well ventilated area. From here you are 1 hour from Stintino/Alghero and 1.30 hours from Olbia, Costa Smeralda. I have to say that we had a great time

Antonio was a wonderful host. Anything we had a question about or needed, we would send a message and he would respond within minutes. Very friendly and the place is stunning. Great neighborhood with a ton of restaurants, shops and pharmacies near by. The closest beach was also gorgeous. Already looking at coming back and staying there again.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

Spent a week in Castelsardo. The apartment was a nice size for the two of us. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the bed was comfortable. The large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular. The problem we had in early to mid September was overcast skies and a roaring wind over a few days which prohibited its use. The pool on the roof is very nice. The agency working for the host responded very quickly. In short, we recommend Patrick’s place for a pleasant stay in Sardinia.
