Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und der Sitzplatz ist sehr gemütlich.

Fantastische Unterkunft. Sehr ruhige Lage und grosszügige Zimmer. Wir waren restlos zufrieden.

Una buena estadia, Marika es muy buena anfitriona, contestaba rápido, flexible y amable. La llegada al apartamento fue facil y pudimos hacerlo sin problema (a pesar que era muy tarde por la noche), nos dejó muchos detalles por la casa y tuvo en cuenta que íbamos con un niño pequeño. El apartamento acorde a la descripción y fotos, muy limpio y equipado. La residencia tranquila y silenciosa. El restaurante Km 18 muy recomendable, y cerca hay buenas pizzerias a buen precio, la terraza del new life cafe tambien nos gustó mucho para ver el atardecer. La gente del pueblo muy amable. Mi hijo se enfermó y no pudimos visitar lo que teniamos planeado pero de igual forma nos gustó y volveremos. Sin duda recomiendo el apartamento de Marika.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Wohnanlage mit Pool. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entsprach exakt der Realität. Wir waren Mitte Oktober dort und waren fast die Einzigen in der Anlage. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einzigartig. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen. Norbert u. Tanja

What a brilliant flat in the heart of alghero. We stayed for a week and are already planning our next trip here. It’s right in the middle of the centro storico, with beaches on either side. Although it’s in the middle of quite a busy area, the flat itself it’s very quiet and private. Loads of restaurants and bars very close by. We will miss waking up to that view!

Die Wohnung war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand und auch nach kurzer Fahrzeit im Zentrum von Alghero. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz und ist dennoch absolut ruhig. Man blickt von der Terrasse auf Felder und Wiesen und ist trotzdem gut angebunden. Die Wohnung selber ist blitzblank und nach neuestem Standardeingerichtet. Die Vermieterin kümmern sich sofort um etwaige Anfragen. Der Checkin war perfekt. Der beste den ich bei entsprechenden Vermietungen bis jetzt erlebt habe. Vielen Dank

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation offers great value for money and is perfectly located for exploring the north of Sardinia. Highly recommended!

Un petit coin de paradis, vue exceptionnelle, calme et à deux pas de petites criques très mignonnes. De plus, Franscesca et Christian sont des hôtes disponobles et de bons conseils. On a hâte de retourner chez eux pour un prochain voyage en Sardaigne.

If you want a quiet escape which overlooks the Stintino wilderness then look no further! The house is beautifully cared for, so clean and the evening sunsets are to die for. Mattia is very quick to respond and his team are so welcoming. They made our stay marvellous. There is a small supermarket a literal stones throw from the property meaning you don’t have to worry about driving for too long. Mattia also shared a map with all the great sights and beaches… we recommend La Saline followed by one of the quiet cove beaches on the west coast… topped off by a home cooked meal watching the moon. Lovely accommodation with a huge garden in which our children could play freely. We were allowed to take some fruit and vegetables from the garden and even eggs from the chicken. With the cat, having a resident pet in the accommodation to feed and to look after, set a new gold standard for our children. Annarita and her husband Mauro were great hosts and very responsive. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

When you rent such an Airbnb in this price range, what you expect is: - beautiful interior and exterior - absolute privacy - stunning view / nature - private(!) pool - luxerious appliances If you expect the above, your expectations will be met. Since its a very rural area, there are not as many bistrots and restaurants, but there are some. Beaches and bigger cities with many options are only 30min of driving away. We found Costa Paradiso (and especially the Li Cossi beach) to be the most beautiful area of Sardinia. It is not close but its easy to reach from Nulvi, this is why I am mentioning it. Antonio and his wife are charming. What we especially appreciated was, that the host only visited the Airbnb in the early morning. You are "really" alone there. If you plan a Sardinia trip with your significant other and look for one stop with romantic total isolation, dont hesistate any longer and push that button.

The good stuff first. A beautiful,modern,clean apartment. Everything thought of and a kitchen to die for! We simply loved it. Communication was excellent and there is absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself. The sunrise view was stunning. The not so good: As a fit couple in our 60’s getting our luggage/food/water from car to front door was a series of steps upward (23). Access requires you to be fit. We were off season ( late May) and subsequently the only people around but the cafe below our balcony played from 9:30 am to 9:30pm either piano music on a loop or euro pop. We fear the completion of the pool next door will further spoil the tranquility of this beautiful apartment. Time will tell. That all said, if you want a genuine taste of Italy in all its beauty and wonderful local people we’d recommend Capo Falcone and the idyllic town of Stintino. Die Unterkunft von Andrea ist sehr schön und ruhig. Der Garten ist schön. Die Einrichtung ist sehr angenehm und alles war top sauber. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. In die Stadt zum Einkaufen ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Auch kann man von hier aus mit dem Auto gut viele schöne Strände erreichen. Andrea hat uns Tips gegeben, an welche Strände wir gut fahren können, die nicht so voll sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Alessia. Nous avons été très touchés par ses gentilles attentions, à l'arrivée comme au départ. La communication a été facile, Alessia s'est montrée réactive et flexible. La maison était très propre et parfaitement équipée, dans un environnement calme avec vue sur la mer.

Très bel appartement spacieux. Idéal pour une famille avec des enfants. La terrasse et la véranda sont vraiment un atout pour l’appartement. Place de parking au pied de l’appartement. Liberty est une hôte très sympathique. Nous recommandons le logement à tout le monde

Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zuhause und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alice ist ein großartiger Host, die wirklich an jede Kleinigkeit denkt. Wir würden wieder bei Alice buchen.

Ottima soluzione con una vista del tramonto spettacolare dal terrazzo. Posizione ottima spiaggia a 10 minuti in macchina ma ne vale la pena, zona molto tranquilla e ben arieggiata. Da qua sei ad 1 ora da Stintino/ Alghero e 1.30ore da Olbia, costa smeralda. Devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo

Mein Mann und ich haben die Wohnung von Antonio für zwei Wochen gemietet und haben von dort aus den Norden Sardiniens erkundet. Castelsardo ist ein schöner Ort und von der Wohnung aus ist alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles super sauber. Der Balkon mit dem Ausblick auf die Burg und das Meer ist natürlich das Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Antonio war jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns Tipps gegeben. So einen tollen vor Ort Service hatten wir noch nie und wir sind schon viel gereist.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen, zumal wenn man atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge sehen will, da sitzt man in der ersten Reihe auf der Terrasse😍Auch nicht zu vergessen, die Garagenbox, welche das Parken sehr erleichtert
