Dai dettagli si nota la cura che il signor Paolo e la signora Patrizia dedicano all'alloggio. Posizione comoda e vicina a tutto, sia come servizi che per gli spostamenti. Stare da Monica è stato come essere a casa, la cura e il calore che c’è all’interno dell’appartamento rispecchia la proprietaria. Non mancava nulla all’interno della casa e ci siamo sentiti accolti benissimo. Un grazie speciale da Cristian e Martina

Eine charmante Unterkunft in großartiger Lage. Nahe zum Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super. Unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und sehr nett.

La settimana che abbiamo trascorso in Umbria è stata stupenda, posti magnifici e un’appartamento che, al rientro della giornata, ci faceva sentire a casa. Pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto ciò che potesse servirci e ben riscaldato. La posizione è perfetta, vicino ai borghi più belli e a due passi dall’aeroporto. Claudio e Martina sono stati gentilissimi e presenti con discrezione, ci hanno coccolati e accontentati in ogni nostra esigenza. Due persone speciali! Consigliamo l’Uliveto a tutti, un nido confortevole anche per chi come noi dovesse viaggiare con un bambino piccolo.

lovely homely cute apartment. Stefano is great to communicate with. I personally didn't need any further help but could tell Stefano would be more than happy to help with anything. It was a perfect spot while walking the via Francigena with plenty of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep.

Casetta comoda e pulita nel centro storico di un meraviglioso borgo Umbro, ideale per rilassarsi a due passi da Roma in un contesto accogliente con tutto quello che serve per trascorrere qualche giorno piacevole lontano dal caos... Letto comodo, doccia calda, vicoletti da esplorare, un ottimo bar e una fantastica trattoria a due passi! Check-in semplice e rapido. Dimitri è un host gentile e cordiale, disponibile a dare consigli e suggerimenti ai suoii ospiti. Grazie e sicuramente torneremo presto!

Everything was great. The pictures looked just like the place. Local restaurants are walking distance. Great view of the lake.

L'alloggio è delizioso, molto suggestivo e confortevole, con pareti in pietra e un mix di dettagli antichi e moderni. La posizione è ottima, dà su una strada silenziosa , appena si apre la porta dell'appartamento lo scorcio sulla piazza del borghetto è incantevole, a pochi passi si può trovare un bar e un alimentari. Valerio ci ha dato le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e ha risposto solerte. Unico piccolo neo, la casa si fredda molto inverno e bisogna tenere il condizionatore ad alta temperatura più o meno fisso. Nel complesso esperienza molto gradevole e appagante, torneremo sicuramente!

L’appartamento è un tipico monolocale appaltato dal gusto genuino e rustico tipico della zona. Ho adorato il letto soppalcato, le travi a vista, il caminetto e la vista meravigliosa sui colli. Fabio è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Consiglio questo appartamento per un weekend lungo se si vuole visitare Terni, Narni, Perugia e le cascate!

Ottima esperienza! La terrazza offre una meraviglia vista su Assisi. L’appartamento è in una delle vie centrali, facile da raggiungere.

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

The house was beautiful and the balconies were lovely! Dominik was so kind and helpful answering all our questions and gave us baby friendly amenities! He even gave us free eggs from the kitchen! Thank you, Sophie

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Eine tolle Woche in einer Burg in den Umbrischen Bergen - super ruhig gelesen, ein fantastischer Pool mit Blick. Für volle Entspannung und entschleunigung ist man hier genau richtig! Nazareno, der Schlossmeister, hilft bei allen Fragen - ob top gibt es einen super lieben Hund und eine Katze.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Will return for sure! 🫶🏼
