There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. The green heart of our Residence, a combination of wood and stone makes the Amethyst house unique and charming. A double bedroom, a large living room with two sofas (one bed), air conditioning, full bathroom. It has a terrace that is perfect for an open-air aperitif with breathtaking views (perhaps after a swim in the pool or a sauna!). The common areas allow you to enjoy the peace of the place and to satisfy the view with a suggestive landscape that will brighten the days of your stay.

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

La Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on one level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the main house and just 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
