Very tidy, clean, comfortable house. Great for a couple or, as in our case, for a family of 3 (with a small child). Care also for the smallest details: bread, jam, and fresh water have even been left for breakfast. The super friendly and helpful host met our every request. The location is great, very quick to reach from the highway, but at the same time in a very quiet and sheltered area. I would like to point out that within walking distance there is a campsite where you can use (for the nightly rate) of the pool, which is very convenient

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

I won't soon forget the wonderful view from the terrace and the infinite tranquility - a really nice stay. My dog really enjoyed the large property where she could move freely. The house was very clean and functionally furnished. The pool was great, too. Overall, we felt very comfortable. Communication with Valentina or Valentin's husband was very straightforward. I was impressed by the speed of the response: when there was a problem in the bathroom, I had just sent the message, he was already standing in front of me and fixed the problem. If you are looking for peace, a magnificent view and a great environment with very nice landlords, this is the place to be!!

Fantastic accommodation, very peaceful. Lovely balcony for sunbathing and dining al fresco. Would highly recommend.
