PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con finestra fronte mare da dove potrete sentire il suono delle onde del mare, una cameretta più piccola con un letto che diventa matrimoniale per un' altra coppia o i vostri bambini. La sala da bagno è spazioso con una grande doccia, sono compresi gli asciugamani. La cucina è completa di tutto!

la nostra casa si trova su una collina con vista sul mare super panoramica,a circa 300 metri dal mare , ideale per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax immersi nel fresco della macchia mediterranea , il territorio e' natura incontaminata . il clima è buono quasi tropicale ,inizia tra aprile e maggio e ancora ad ottobre la temperatura e' sui 24---25 gradi. Manuella welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation was spotless and the setting beyond our expectations. The whole stay went very well and Manuella was able to answer any questions we had very quickly and very efficiently. Manuella really thought of everything when she created this place and the stay is more than pleasant. Everything is done to make your life easier and the quality of the hospitality is more than excellent. We will probably come back to see Manuella and enjoy her apartment and its setting. We recommend this host and their space 1000% ;)

Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

A nice, clean and well-equipped house with everything you need. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony and pool. Car is pretty much a must to get to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Communication worked very well with both Giulia and the local Property Manager Francesco who was very quick helpful and came with great tips on beaches and restaurants which we very much appreciated. We had an amazing week with many wonderful memories! 🌟🤩

Great host who we did not have the opportunity to meet directly for business reasons but who has always been active, punctual and available. The house was impeccable,equipped with everything,towels, sheets, personal hygiene products such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste. Kitchen complete with everything. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, beer, and water. The only peculiarity that can become a difficulty for those with children is that the entrance into the water is not from a sandy beach, but from smooth and not sharp rocks. There are still very nice beaches nearby. However, a place to enjoy the beautiful ones. Definitely recommended
