Manuella welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation was spotless and the setting beyond our expectations. The whole stay went very well and Manuella was able to answer any questions we had very quickly and very efficiently. Manuella really thought of everything when she created this place and the stay is more than pleasant. Everything is done to make your life easier and the quality of the hospitality is more than excellent. We will probably come back to see Manuella and enjoy her apartment and its setting. We recommend this host and their space 1000% ;)

Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

Great host who we did not have the opportunity to meet directly for business reasons but who has always been active, punctual and available. The house was impeccable,equipped with everything,towels, sheets, personal hygiene products such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste. Kitchen complete with everything. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, beer, and water. The only peculiarity that can become a difficulty for those with children is that the entrance into the water is not from a sandy beach, but from smooth and not sharp rocks. There are still very nice beaches nearby. However, a place to enjoy the beautiful ones. Definitely recommended

The villa is very beautyful and perfectly located and the host helped us with every problem he vas very friendly and responsed very fast at all messages. I recommend you to stay at this villa for your vacation it is really worth the price

Very nice house, simple, modern, on 2 floors and very bright and well exposed, with a breathtaking view, equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, located near the most important junctions both for the best beaches of the south and to reach Cagliari, quiet area without dangers and with its own parking, we recommend it, also for 4 people and we with our cats were happy to stay there, we will definitely return if possible and super friendly and helpful host at all times

The stay was great! The house is very nice, clean and tidy, and we really didn't miss anything. We loved the outdoor space with the tables and the barbecue. Alberto was very kind, very flexible and easy-going, generous and always friendly. We felt immediately at ease, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for 13 nights and were very satisfied. We were personally received and Nora was very friendly and explained everything to us very well. There was even a small welcome gift. Nora also gave us good tips during the stay and was always easily accessible or responded quickly. The highlight of the apartment is clearly the large balcony with the fantastic view of the sea, especially the sunset. For 2 people, the size of the apartment was sufficient and it was very well equipped, e.g. with washing machine and in the kitchen with oil, vinegar, coffee, salt, etc. and also with everything you need for a beach day (beach chairs, umbrellas, diving goggles, toys). You definitely need a car, as the nearest restaurants/supermarkets/bakeries are a few kilometers away (and 30 minutes from the airport). Parking is sufficiently available, but please note that there are some stairs. All in all, we were very satisfied!!! Thanks Nora
