Beachfront holiday rental in Terramar Beach

This was a great place to stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need. The half bath is actually an outside shower stall for washing off sand, not toilet. It was super handy as we like to keep a clean floor in the house. The fridge and panty do have many items that guests have left… some of which are repetitive (5 mustards, etc). While I appreciated the communal items, it made it difficult to store our items in the fridge but I definitely see the benefit and sentiments. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!! We had a slow drain in the master bath and Thomas sent a plumber first thing! No issues afterwards! We had a party of 5 adults and felt comfortable. Great view of the beach from the deck and literally less than a two minute walk to the beach. About 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Galveston, just what we wanted. We would stay here again!!! Thank you for sharing your house with us!!!

This is our 2nd time staying at Vincent’s beach house, and it’s likely the place we will seek out on future trips to Galveston. We love the amount of space, beautiful gulf views, proximity to the peaceful private beach, and that it is pet friendly. The space is clean, and had all the amenities needed to enjoy our weeklong visit. Thanks again Vincent for another wonderful stay!

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

We had the best time and definitely will be back. The location was perfect, both the house as far as the views go and also location to town and stores/shops. The downstairs hang out area with gaming area was definitely a hit with our kids, perfect for afternoons after we hit the beach in the morning. The calm, sleek and comfortable aesthetics of the home were ideal, and loved the bunk room. The host truly thought of everything , there wasn’t one thing we needed or missing.

My family and I loved this place! We can’t wait to return! I think I sat on the balcony for most of my trip. Holly was very responsive and very sweet.

Picture it: You're at the beach looking for the perfect place to pitch your tent for the day. You look for the line where the wet sand from waves ends, and you leave a little space for the kids' sand castles. There it is- the perfect spot. But wait! Don't haul out those tent poles and sand bags because right there, in that very spot, is an entire beach house ready for your next beach vacation! This house solved every complaint I've ever had about taking kids to the beach. A (nice, full) bathroom at beach level. Shade from the sun without lifting a finger. Every toy and chair that we brought safely tucked just an arm's reach away on the deck. Depending on the kid's age, I could send them to the beach while I drank my coffee from the recliner overlooking the waves in the morning, or send them up to the living room when they were done for the day while I waited with the others on the beach. Inside: - 180˚ views - So many beds! - Clean - Well decorated - Wonderful host 10/10!

loved our stay. the house easily accommodated 3 generations with different interests. the bedrooms were a good size and the open living/dining area made it easy to gather. the hot tub was a huge hit with everyone and the outdoor shower made it easy to get the sand off. Great house!

Wonderful place to stay. Super cute decor and very clean. Steps to the beach, close to shops. House was stocked better than any vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Has what appears to Be a matching house next door with connecting back yards so would be a great place for large families. We will stay here again.

Wonderful hosts to a truly immaculate place. Jaime Lynn and Vince's condo was perfect for our 3 night get away. It was extremely clean and beautiful!! They have all the amenities that you would need and more!! It exceeded my expectations! They were perfect communicators and quick to respond! Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone!

The condo was great - I only needed one night for meeting up with family, not all places will accommodate that in peak season so I really appreciated it. Everything was exceptionally clean, the view was amazing and the property is great. I would definitely recommend for a couple or small family getaway.

Loved our stay . Great condo on the second floor. Easy check in and out. Gregory checked in on us every day to make sure everything was as we needed. All amenities at the condo available for stay. While a bit isolated from the rest of Galveston it’s what makes this location quiet and peaceful. The pool and lazy river are amazing. Property has on site lift for the pool which made our stay even more pleasant . The bar was open which was also a treat . Didn’t get to experience the on site spa . Seawall Cafe and Sea Horse Grill are hidden gems. We loved our stay and would definitely return

Love the place . Right in front of the beach, its my 2nd time renting from her and i love it. Last time it was more of a pool view and beach was a little away but this time the beach was right in front. Loved it! I think she has 3 different kind of condos there but this one so far was the BEST!! The view was Amazing!

Perfect for a couple weekend near the beach. Loved the spacious balcony and view. We had some trouble understanding how to get hot water in the shower, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Was such an extraordinary experience, the property workability the price. Everything was phenomenal and I would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful, well decorated condo (very up-to-date) with more than adequate amenities. The check-in was incredibly easy, Daniel and Sam were very communicative without being intrusive, and as a bonus they had a Keurig coffee pot which was a combination unit with drip coffee and K-Pods. The a/c was great, the hot water was hot and plentiful, there were lots of towels, including very nice beach towels, adequate cleaning supplies, and with the rooms being divided like they are there is plenty of privacy when you wanted some alone time. If you were wanting to go to the pool you can peek out of the cute round window! Access to the elevator was easy which was really great travling with a toddler. Best of all though is the view. This unit is right across Seawall Boulevard from the beach so we spent hours watching the ships on the horizon, the people walking on the beach - you definitely felt on vacation the minute you walked in.

If you want a relax weekend this is the place! Beautiful view, so close the beach! The house looks just like the pictures! 10/10! If you’re going to Galveston, be ready with cash if you are going to Take the San Louis bridge ☺️

We had a lovely time. The place was clean and accommodating for our large group. We loved being just a couple minutes from the beach. We greatly enjoyed our vacation!

The Cozy Beach House was perfect for my family's weekend beach trip. The location is great, with views of the water and a 2-minute walk to beach access. It's on a quiet street filled with vacation homes with convenience and liquor stores nearby. Beach chairs and a wagon were provided in the downstairs closet, the washer/dryer was really nice to have, and the AC kept everyone comfortable. Super easy contactless check-in and check-out. The listing photos accurately represent the place. The only downside was the cleanliness of the place. A wet towel was left in a sink, the floors - which our toddler was crawling around on - were visibly dirty with sandy footprints in the rugs which came out with vacuuming. Almost all of the stainless pots and pans had food burned on them, making them unusable. I'm being generous with my 5 stars because beach houses like this are admittedly difficult to keep clean, and overall we were really happy with the place and the price we paid.

The property is just as described, my family had plenty of space and we really enjoyed our time there. Tammy was very responsive and accommodating to check in time. Very beautiful view and home. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and not too overwhelming.

This is one of the best AirBNB’s I’ve stayed at! They thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable. It felt like home and not just like a rental. One thing to note, if you don’t want to cross a busy street to get to the beach 🏖️ by foot, then this spot isn’t for you. If you are okay with driving your car or golf cart, the beach access has tons of parking and it’s super close! If there was a way to give them 6 stars I would have. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! Beautiful home with spacious rooms and living. We could immediately tell how well cleaned the place was as soon as we entered. Plenty of towels, blankets, cookware, etc. Large covered deck that we spent lots of timing hanging out on. Surrounding houses and subdivision also beautiful. Would stay here again and highly recommend! Very nice.

Taylor was a wonderful host. She was very responsive with a few questions that came on check in day. The beach home is beautiful and spacious inside and out. I cooked a big meal and the kitchen was equipped with everything (blender, potato peeler, good knives, strainer, baking items). The master bedroom bed was super comfortable. We slept very well and my teenage daughter and nieces slept great in the room with the bunks. I will recommend this place and it return in the future. Thank you!

This place is the best!!! Modern, fully equipped with whatever you may have forgotten at home or forgot at the grocery store. We’ve rented several homes from Surfside-Galveston and this one was the nicest and everyone’s favorite. And it was unanimous. 10 out of 10! I want to buy it to be honest and live there forever.
