The house is the ground floor of a terraced house, a few steps from the sea. Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history and art of the native people. On the pedestrian promenade you can walk enjoying the view of the Sella del Diavolo or do sports. The numerous clubs on the beach offer good music, dancing and local culinary specialites. We rent an 85-square-meter apartment in the beautiful and quiet village of Nebida (CI). The house has a super equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a balcony with coffee table for dining or outdoor lunch with a breathtaking sea view + barbecue at your fingertips. The dining room and one bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli Beach are about 5 minutes away.

Access is via two flights of stairs, finished with beautiful ancient decorations that inspired the the logo of this house.   The wrought iron beds and the furniture have been made by local master craftsmen, in this refined accommodation every detail has been carefully planned. The terrace is the real gem of the house, treat yourself with a warm bath in the Jacuzzi from which you can enjoy a priceless view on the city.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Entire apartment with independent access, equipped with swimming pool, private parking and garden in a very quiet and peaceful area, 5 minutes by car from the center, and 10 minutes by car from the main beaches. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of two bedrooms with queen-size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room area with a double sofa bed. It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.
